This recently renovated villa is a true gem, with three spacious bedrooms featuring king-size XL beds (1.80x2.10m!) and two luxurious, fresh bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. Spacious and bright, with a large covered outdoor area, you can find the sun or shade, depending on your preference. The kitchen is a real eye-catcher; the house is fully equipped, from a second American-style refrigerator in the utility room to an air fryer. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, wireless internet, Airfryer, hairdryer, Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines, citrus juicer, parking on site, it's all there.

Starting at the end of October, a beautiful Ford Explorer 7-seater will be available at the house. Perla di Solo and the car are only rented together! You can enjoy this great convenience for just €55 per day. This includes transfers, insurance, taxes, unlimited mileage, a second driver, 24/7 roadside assistance, and a wonderful late checkout on your departure day! You won't be out on the road at 10 a.m. with your little ones and all your luggage, but can still enjoy a trip to the beach, a quick freshen-up afterward, and then we'll take you to Hato. So even the last day of your holiday is one to enjoy!

Additional costs

Final cleaning is mandatory upon departure. If you would like a cleaning and change of bed linen and towels during the stay, please let us know before arrival. The cost is €27.50 per hour.

A 7% tourist tax is charged, which is levied on the basic rate for overnight stays, excluding cleaning and additional costs.

The rental price does not include water and electricity consumption. We believe it's very important to use energy and water efficiently. That's why we've chosen to calculate energy and water separately.

The energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator, and other appliances in the villa is low, but water and electricity prices are very high in Curaçao. The final cost depends heavily on your usage. The air conditioners, in particular, consume a lot of energy, so please use them wisely. Based on the meter readings we record upon arrival and departure, we will settle the amount after departure. This usually amounts to around 20 euros per day for a 4-person occupancy.

Of course, we don't charge for the drip system, refilling the pool, or the use of the pool pump!

Water consumption is calculated at €9 per m³ for water and €0.50 per kWh for electricity. All guests pay a deposit, and if the house is left in good condition, the water and electricity consumption can be deducted from the deposit. Any damage to the house or appliances will be billed separately.

You must take out cancellation and/or travel insurance yourself.

Within 4 weeks (30 days) before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount.

Within 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.
