On the ground floor, all rooms are open on the terrace and pool: fully equipped kitchen, living / dining room (10 people) spacious with fireplace, TV, library and 1 suite (double bed ) with dressing room and bathroom with bathtub. + 1 separate toilet + Garage with additional fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer.
Upstairs: 1 master suite (double bed) with bathroom with bath and toilet, 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds, one with bathroom with bath, the other with shower room + 1 separate toilet.

Beautiful Villa and Garden

We had a lovely week. The Villa and Pool area and garden looked just like the photos. It’s on a small gated development surrounded by vineyards and was a short drive to shops and restaurants. It’s a beautiful area to visit. We were disappointed that the pool hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival and although we had requested it to be heated over a week before our arrival, this had not been done which meant it was only 23 degrees and too cold for some of our party to use all week. The gate code was incorrect on the details and the Villa isn’t numbered so it was tricky to locate. All in all though we had a wonderful week.

Beautiful!

Came with some friends for a girly weekend and had such a good time! Told everything about the villa on arrival, tucked out the way but 15 min driver to St Tropez port and most places. The villa is beautiful, amazing views and secluded. The owner was very helpful and quick to get back to us. Will defiantly be coming back soon!

lovely villa in a quiet environment

Strong points: - lovely house, - gated proprety, - garden is beautiful with a pool (not heated, unless you pay extra), - lots of space, - garden furniture, - well-equipped kitchen, - dressing in the main bedroom, - 3 bathrooms, although only one with a shower - 2 bicycles: perfect (avoid the traffic) to go to Saint-Tropez, Sainte Maxime, the bakery
 If you need extra bikes, you can rent them close to the villa. - personal welcome by CĂ©line. To improve: - a little gesture to welcome the guests would be a nice extra. We rented several holiday homes and always received a little welcome gift when we arrived: a bottle of wine, some bottles of water, biscuits, strawberries, eggs,... - 2 night tables in the large room on the first floor. In this room, there's only a small closet to put your clothes (not possible to hang clothes - you can do this in another room on the first floor) - the 2 rooms on the first floor with 3 beds are rather small, - you have to pay extra for the sheets. We prefer an "all in" price. You have to pay for each bed. They only make the beds for those you've paid for. - (kitchen)towels and toiletpaper are limited. - not possible to put your car in the garage (too much other stuff).

Vacanza perfetta!

Bellissima villa, in posizione non isolata e vicina a località e negozi. In 20 minuti si ù a Saint Tropez e alle spiagge di Ramatuelle. La presentazione e le immagini corrispondono esattamente al posto e agli ambienti. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione per amici o famiglie. Gli spazi sono divisi in modo molto razionale e fruibile e l’arredamento ù pulito, elegante e funzionale.

Gepflegtes Haus mit sehr reduzierter Einrichtung

Dies war unsere 2. Reise nach Grimaud. Die Lage des Ferienhauses in einer gated community ist ideal, das GrundstĂŒck klein aber wunderschön angelegt und gepflegt. Der Empfang war mĂ€ĂŸig freundlich, die Einweisung knapp. In Punkto Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Der Pool war beheizt und ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Die Einrichtung im UG ist sehr clean, modern und zurĂŒckgenommen. Es gibt wenig Dekorationsartikel im ganzen Wohnbereich,nur das allernötigste, was sicher so gewollt ist, der AtmosphĂ€re allerdings schon Abbruch tut. Alles wirkt ziemlich steril und ist auf das Minimum beschrĂ€nkt. Dies war uns allerdings vorher bewusst und dies zeigen auch die Fotos im Netz. Die Einrichtung im OG allerdings kann man selbst mit sehr viel Wohlwollen nicht mehr mit modernem Wohnstil umschreiben. Spartanisch ist hier eher die korrekte Beschreibung. In 2 der 3 Zimmer gibt es außer 3 Ikeamatratzen auf Metallbeinen keinerlei EinrichtungsgegenstĂ€nde. Kein Kopfteil, kein Bild, keine Kommode, keine Tagesdecke, keine VorhĂ€nge / Rollos oder dergleichen. Die Zimmer haben null Charme und entsprechen dem Standard einer Jugendherberge. Die BĂ€der sind jeweils mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Allerdings hat man darauf verzichtet, eine Duschabtrennung einzubauen oder zumindest einen Vorhang anzubringen. Geduscht werden muss also in der Wanne sitzend mit handgehaltener Brause, da auch an einer Wandhalterung fĂŒr diese gespart wurde. Der Brauseschlau liegt einfach in der Wanne. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, was uns allerdings nicht störte, da die Temperaturen im September angenehm waren.

Superferien in Grimaud.

Wir waren mit diesem Haus sehr glĂŒcklich. Bisher waren wir immer in einem Haus in StrandnĂ€he, wir mussten diesmal etwas mehr fahren. Das Haus ist sehr stylisch, es hat alles gut funktioniert, Kleinere Dinge sollten verbessert werden, wie z.B. in jedem Bad ein Fön oder ein neuer Grill,,,,, Aber alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und wir wir es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Schöne kleine Villa mit kleinen MÀngeln, einem kaltem Pool und Extrakosten

Die Villa ist schön u. modern, sie wurde mit IKEA Möbeln eingerichtet. Im groben war sie auch recht sauber. Es gibt Internet und mehrere TV- GerĂ€te, an sich alles gut. Die KĂŒche war auch in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit war oberflĂ€chig gut allerdings bei genauem betrachten war das Geschirr nicht wirklich sauber, auch der KĂŒhlschrank u. zwischen den Sofakissen lag der Dreck von den letzten 200 GĂ€sten (das war etwas widerlich). Wir haben als Geschenk eine Flasche Champagne bekommen darĂŒber haben wir uns sehr gefreut, eine nette Geste. Was allerdings Ă€rgerlich war ist, dass der Pool nur mit einer langen VorankĂŒndigung und Extrakosten geheizt wird. Das empfanden wir nicht als Kunden freundlichen. Wenn man fĂŒr alles und jedes Geld bezahlen muss fĂŒhlt man sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Den Pool, weil er so kalt war (weit unter 20 Grad), habe ich persönlich gar nicht genutzt u. unsere Kinder konnten max 3-4 Minuten rein, da diese sonst sofort massiv gefroren haben und sofort blaue Lippen hatten. Da macht dieser Urlaub nicht richtig Spaß. Da wir nur 1 Woche Zeit hatten, hĂ€tte es laut Aussage des Verwalters auch zu lange gedauert um den Pool trotz 30 Grad in der Sonne aufzuheizen. Das hat die Stimmung in der Villa sehr getrĂŒbt. Mit den Kindern will man baden auch wenn wir selbst zuhause ĂŒber einen Pool in unserer Villa verfĂŒgen, möchte man diesen auch im Urlaub nicht missen.In der Hochsaison gehört der Pool immer beheizt sodass dieser auch richtig genutzt werden kann. Auf der französischen Webseite wird eine Kaution sowie Kosten fĂŒr BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher verlangt, diese Kosten und Auslagen konnten wir aber mit der Hilfe von Fewo- direkt abwenden, da diese Kosten etc. nicht auf der deutschen Seite aufgefĂŒhrt waren. Dennoch Ă€rgerlich wenn man als erstes diskutieren und telefonieren muss. Es gab HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr das Bad aber fĂŒr die Sonnenliegen nicht und da diese bekanntlich nicht wirklich sauber sind haben wir auch diese nicht genutzt. Was uns sehr unangenehm aufgestoßen ist, dass bei der Übergabe von der jungen Damen und dem Herrn die Schubhalden in der KĂŒche etc. kontrolliert wurden. Wir kamen uns vor als wĂ€re wir Diebe... als wĂŒrde wir etwas einstecken. Wir haben schon mehrer Villen angemietet, Villen die keine IKEA Geschirr haben etc. noch nie hat sich jemand so aufgefĂŒhrt. Wenn man allergisch gegen Daunenfedern ist hat man ein kleines Problem, da von den Sofakissen bis zur BettwĂ€sche alles mit Daunenfedern gefĂŒllt ist.

Merci beaucoup pour ce sĂ©jour parfait que nous avons passĂ© Ă  Grimaud grĂące Ă  une trĂšs belle maison, conforme aux photos (juste la piscine pas trĂšs propre durant tout le sĂ©jour ...). La maison se trouve Ă  seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Port Grimaud et 15/20 minutes de St Tropez (quand il n’y a pas d’embouteillages). Je recommande sans soucis suite Ă  notre sĂ©jour avec 10 amis !!!

Schönes Haus in der NÀhe von Grimaud

Wir haben das Haus in perfektem Zustand vorgefunden. Es bietet ausreichend Platz, ist schlicht aber fein eingerichtet. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das sehr schwache WLAN. Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister und EigentĂŒmer war tadellos.

Excellent séjour aux Bastides de Grimaud

La villa se trouve dans un domaine à accÚs limité et sécurisé. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le jardin paysagé autour de la piscine chauffée et apprécié les plus de la maison: Le barbecue, le terrain de pétanque et la climatisation. De plus il faut ajouter que, pour une fois, la maison est mieux en réalité que sur les photos. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cette maison.

Magnifique ! Des vacances de rĂȘve !!!!!!

Nous avons passĂ© un merveilleux sĂ©jour dans cette superbe maison, trĂšs confortable (mĂȘme la literie..; c'est assez rare !) et trĂšs bien agencĂ©e autour d’une jolie piscine. Rien ne manque : du matĂ©riel de cuisine/barbecue, aux livres, magazines, jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©.. ET mĂȘme 2 vĂ©los pour dĂ©couvrir le village ou la plage
 c’était parfait ! Je recommande !!

La maison est bien situĂ©e : Lotissement privatif sĂ©curisĂ© avec grilles et code, trĂšs au calme (en dehors des axes de migrations touristiques bondĂ©s) et trĂšs proche des stations balnĂ©aires. Il est facile de se ravitailler (supermarchĂ©s Ă  moins de 10 mn en voiture, commerces du village de Cogolin tout proche ), et de se rendre Ă  Saint-Trop via la navette maritime de Port-Grimaud afin d'Ă©viter les bouchons. La maison pour sa part, sur son extĂ©rieur est conçue pour prĂ©server l'intimitĂ© de la terrasse et de la piscine (les fenĂȘtres principales et baies vitrĂ©es des diffĂ©rentes maisons du lotissement ne sont en effet jamais en vis-Ă -vis). L'intĂ©rieur est Ă©lĂ©gant, Ă©purĂ©, et en vacances c'est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable, c'est de plus fort bien conçu fonctionnellement avec des Ă©quipements trĂšs complets (j'ai personnellement beaucoup aimĂ© le distributeur automatique de glaçons)... In fine, tout est parfaitement conforme au descriptif du site, La propriĂ©taire enfin, est courtoise et disponible au tĂ©lĂ©phone et par mail, et fort efficacement relayĂ©e par CĂ©line, son contact sur place ! Bref, que du bon Ă  retenir, nous reviendrons dĂšs que possible.
