Un sérieux besoin d'inspecter le logement dans sa globalité

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à 6 dans ce Airbnb. Globalement, il y a pleins de choses cassées, bricolées,... cela fait que c'est de loin le Airbnb le moins qualitatif que j'ai pu réserver. Il était demandé en rentrant dans le Airbnb de signaler tout ce qui n'allait pas. Le premier soir nous avons vu et signalé que la vitre était cassée, le canapé et la couverture tachés. Au courant du week-end nous avons pu découvrir les autres subtilités du logement tel que l'impossibilité de fermer la fenêtre (il n'y avait pas de poignée, c'est pas top pour dormir lorsque le tram passe juste en dessous), un pied du canapé convertible qui ne tient plus... C'est une très bonne idée de demander aux locataires de faire la liste des choses qui n'allaient pas a leur arrivee, mais il me semble que le propriétaire pourrait s'occuper de faire un état des lieux de son côté (il nous avait été annoncé uniquement que la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas bien). Il sera nécessaire de résoudre tous ces problèmes pour pouvoir espérer passer de meilleurs séjours.

Un Formule 1 aurait fait beaucoup mieux...

points positifs: - propreté points d'amélioration : - communication proche du 0. Nous avons remonté un problème sur la chasse d'eau auprès de la société de service qui gère le bien, mais la personne que nous avons eu au bout du fil à fait la sourde oreille et ne s'est pas donné la peine de rappeler. Ce souci n'a pas été traité, ni résolu. Je pense sincèrement que ce problème était connu, mais que la société de service et le propriétaire ne souhaitaient pas le résoudre et engager plus de dépenses dans cet appartement. - comme pour la communication, il y a aussi la mesquinerie et la qualité de l'accueil à revoir. Lorsque l'on propose 6 couchages, il serait appréciable d'avoir de la vaisselle pour au moins autant de personnes. De plus, nous aurions apprécié que le lit de la chambre soit un minimum fait. Je ne pense pas que cela soit trop demandé... Bref, je ne recommande pas car aucune considération pour les hôtes. Un séjour dans un Formule 1 aurait fait beaucoup mieux...

Appartement bien situé et agréable

Juste un problème de chasse-d'eau qui m'a bien perturbée la première nuit. Sinon mon séjour s'est bien passé sachant que j'étais à Grenoble pour le travail et que je n'ai pas testé les "ustensiles" (four inclus) de cuisine pour une famille. Bravo à Majordome pour sa réactivité. Pour info, il y a de gros travaux juste en face avec la réfection d'un lycée.

Appartement très propre, pratique, bien placé et agréable. Logistique pratique pour prendre possession des lieux seul bémol l’assistance. Nous avons essayé de joindre les gestionnaires du Airbnb sans succès. Du coup nous avons dû attendre l’heure d’entrée dans l’appartement (18h ce qui est déjà tard) alors que je suis sur que l’appartement était disponible avant. La même problématique pour le check out prévu à 10h (ce qui est aussi tôt) nous aurions sûrement pu partir plus tard étant donné qu’il n’y avait pas de location. Le seul point d'amélioration serait l’assistance. Aussi non très bon séjour !
