Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced). 3.5 km long bumpy motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 11 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 11 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km, indoor swimming pool 36 km. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km, tennis 11 km, riding stable 14 km, gondola lift 20 km, ski school 18 km, sled run 50 m, cross country ski track 11 km, ice rink 11 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Badesee Greifenburg 12 km, Weissensee 23 km. Please note: car recommended. The chalet is located on the Wassertheurer Alm at approximately 1,400 meters above sea level. In summer, the chalet offers numerous hiking opportunities. The house is heated by a wood-burning stove (wood included).
3-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living room with dining table. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen) with wood-burning stove. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 3 double beds. Large patio. Marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Please note: smoke alarm. The 2 double beds on the ground floor are in two alcoves separated by a wall without doors. The shower and toilet on the lower floor are accessible only through the terrace (balcony).

Eine wunderbare Lage auf dem Berg. Und in der Hütte alles was man braucht, auch schön viel Platz um seine Sachen zu verstauen. Sehr nette Gastgeber und eine umwerfende Natur, die einen umgibt.

Hytten som lå oppe i bjergene i den skønneste natur var pænt og enkelt indrettet men intet manglede og rengøringen var også i top Vi blev også taget godt imod af ejerne af hytten som var utrolig flinke og hjælpsomme Alt ialt en fantastisk ferie

Einsame und sehr abgelegene Hütte im Herbst

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Anfahrt vom Ort bis zur Hütte ca.25-30 Min. ( neben zahlreichen Slalomkurven 17 spitzwinklige Kurven, davon ca.8Min. sehr holprigen Schotterweg) So gut wie kein Internetempfang! Bewirtung in der Nähe saisonabhängig! Holzofen war nur mit viel Zeit und Geduld anzubekommen ( mit Hilfe mehrerer Stückchen Anzündhilfen ).

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Sauberkeit perfekt. Herrliche Landschaft, Ruhe und die saubere Luft, einfach Erholung pur. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir hoffen aber, es bleibt noch ein Platz für Uns. Die Vermieter sind übrigens auch sehr freundlich und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder Problemen.

Abgeschiedenheit und Nähe zur Natur

Sauberes und gemütliches Haus, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Räume sind gut geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Herd wird mit Holz beheizt und schafft eine wohlige Atmosphäre. Kurzum, sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Hütte ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und wohnlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr freundlich. In naher Umgebung können regionale Produkte erworben werden. Wer Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Landschaft, der Ausblick und die Umgebung bis zum Weissensee ist einzigartig schön. Ein sehr erholsamer und wohltuender Ort. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

On top of the world

Het is even een klim naar boven ( ca 25 min.), maar dan heb je ook wat! We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de familie en werden vervolgens meegenomen naar het huis, wat betekende dat we nog ca 5 km over grotendeels grindwegen moesten rijden. De logging van het huis is fantastisch, prachtig uitzicht en veel wandelroutes. De voorzieningen in het huis ruim voldoende. Het is even wennen met het houtgestookte fornuis, maar we hebben er zelfs een brood in gebakken. De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de eigenaren, de fam XXX, was fantastisch. Een absolute aanrader en wij komen zeker terug!

Einmaliges Bergerlebnis

wir hatten (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) eine wundervolle Woche auf der Wassertheureralm. Ausstattung wie beschrieben, Sauberkeit Note 1 mit Stern und dann noch die Lage mit Panoramablick, unbeschreiblich. In Verbindung mit einer überragenden, sonnigen Woche war dies ein perfekter Wanderurlaub mit Abschaltgarantie aus dem Alltagsstress. Jederzeit wieder und nur weiter zu empfehlen. Familie Formhals
