The front desk needs to tell customers that you need to request housekeeping if you want it. We were told that they cleaned the rooms daily, but that is not the case. Also, it would be nice to have a shelf in the shower to put the shampoo etc. on.

Uncleaned rooms

I reserved 2 rooms for Friday and Saturday nights. The rooms were not cleaned on Saturday. When I called the desk for clean towels, the housekeeping man explained that I have to request to have the room cleaned. That should have been explained to me when I checked in. Then I would have known exactly what to do. I paid a lot of money for those rooms, and expected superior room service including my room being cleaned daily. I am not a satisfied customer and would definitely hesitate to recommend your hotel to anyone.
