I booked the wrong Greeville (NC not SC) so was over 5 hours away, but they let me cancel a non-refundable stay so thats 5 stars !!

We were not able to take advantage of the breakfast.. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and professional staff. Would definitely stay again..

My sister checked in after 10:45 after spending time with family from the funeral for our aunt. We were so ready to tske showrrs and head to bed. We did our usual inspection of pulling back the covers of the sheets and blankets and saw tiny black hairs ,pieces of debris in the inner covers. The sheets were stained There was hair ariund the sink ,on the wall and the trash was not emptied . I called front desk and thankfully Daniel showed up with new linen. We showed him all that we explained and he humbly aplogized. We thought he was going to just drop off the linen ,but he rolled up his sleeves in his suit and behan to help us remove the linens! I truly was amazed and appreciative of his assustance and that he believed us. I am truly loved room #324 ,& the corner room is my favorite. I thank Daniel again for being so helpful and will call back upon my retum to NJ to call the hotel and ask for him to let him know about this review !

Overall, our stay was great! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only downside was that check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 3:45 PM, our suite still wasn’t ready—we didn’t get into the room until around 4:15 PM. That said, the young man at the front desk was incredibly kind and friendly, which helped make the wait a bit easier. His attitude definitely made a positive impression. Would still recommend the hotel!

This is a lovely very new Hotel. The large rooms are well equipped, the bed lovely and the bathroom excellent. However Tbe guy on check in was brief and casual, so casual he forgot to do what is required to.our 2 keys that allow them to open the room door. So back we went to.Reception. problem fixed but interest 0. The breakfast is close to a disgrace. One of the few healthy options, fruit, was all but gone on our arrival and not replenished. I think they may need some staff attending with a bit more interest.

Hotel was amazing from Check in to check out. The gentleman that checked us in was all smiles and very helpful! Great first impression. Open was open, bright and clean. The only thing I have any negative about is the bed felt like I was laying on some type of plastic.

I loved the smile and attitude of the front desk staff named Daniel. He was very knowledgeable about any questions we had. I will definitely be staying again. A child set of the alarm in the hotel and has older people struggling to get downstairs, people running out showers to see what was going on etc. that was the only issue but it wasn’t on the hotel. I would’ve been satisfied if that child received BTA (belt to ass)! Overall I had a terrific stay.
