The parking lot was being paved and parking was more challenging to access. Am Staff were fantastic as they helped with finding a bike rental company. When we came back that night we were given a handicap room which was not needed. We called down to switch it and were told they were fully booked. The carpet was stained and disgusting. Then the tv wouldn’t work and called again. The lady was very helpful and then moved us to a new room after she couldn’t get it to work either. Almost an hour later we were moved and it ended up being a great stay. It was strange there was a room available after we were told they were fully booked an hour before.

What a great stay during a horrible winter storm. The staff were so accommodating and kind during a horrible winter storm. They went above and beyond to meet my needs.
