The location is excellent and the dock was perfect for our boat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed but it is very dated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.There are a few things I think future guests should know. First, while the listing discloses outdoor security cameras to monitor guest count, we counted five cameras covering nearly every outdoor area behind the house. It felt excessive and made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor spaces without feeling like we were constantly being monitored.Second, the parking area is extremely tight, and we didn’t receive detailed information about just how limited it was until after our final payment had been made. If you’re bringing your own boat you MUST plan ahead. There is NO place for your trailer and you cannot bring your boat near the house at all. Do not attempt to bring it down the road at all! It is a dead end lane with a very small turn around and is not very wide. The listing does mention no RVs or trailers but doesn’t call out boat trailers which with how it encourages people to bring boats should be made VERY clear that while you can bring your boat there is no parking for your trailer. We had to make alternate arrangements for overnight boat and trailer parking.With proper planning it is a great place to bring your boat but you need to plan ahead!
