Beth at the front desk on night shift is superb. The bathroom needs more attention to detail. We come from an area of head water but to see black streaks of mold or mildew in the corners of the tub and in the toilet bowl was a bit disturbing. Overall not bad for overnight for an early flight

Upon arrival, to visit my niece in college at St. Vincent College, I was not notified that the hotel had issues in some rooms with turning the water on while showering. When I called the front desk to inform them of this issue, the attitude and customer service I received was not sincere nor did they express that they were worried about this issue. They offered to change my room, but I had been driving for almost four and half hours and I just wanted to rest. The response I received was, "There's nothing that we can do about this. It's not all of the rooms just some of them. We don't give discounts for this issue." It was really disappointing telling me this especially since I had plans on coming to the room to relax after my long drive. Being a understanding customer, I forgot the issue until the next night. My niece stayed with me on my last night and when we opened the sofa bed, there was blood on the sheets. How nasty and unsanitary. This tells me that housekeeping did not take their time to cleanse, sanitize and prepare the room for cleanliness before any guest or myself arrived. I contacted the front desk and the next morning my rate was changed to a discount of removing $20/night for the issue totaling $40 of a discount for my stay. I however, am not feeling this small discount to be okay with me. No one wants to travel and find issues with their room. I understand things happen, but blood on the sheets means that housekeeping is not completing the necessary steps to m
