The room i stayed in was dirty. The floor was dirty and sticky. It turned my socks black from the floor. The bathroom door didnt have a door handle and the front door was literally coming off the hinges. Had people all night yelling and screaming. This was room 614. The pool wasnt opened which was a downfall for young kids

Cancelled unbeknownst to us.

My stay was cancelled less than 3 hours before my arrival while I was on my final plane to get there. I got there and was told my stay was cancelled and that I had to figure something out. The man helping was very kind, but understandably frustrated because he said he’d already had 4 people before us try to check in. We had to walk around the hotel block for over 2 hours trying to find anywhere in the city that had availability. We did not get compensated any for our stay. With one of us being a former Motel6 employee (a general manager who was with the company for over 10 years.) we did not expect this at all. This is not the way you run any type of travel company, and we expected at least some communication if cancelling was the only option. Shame on that employee for putting that on the person at the end of the night who was just trying his best to help people out.

Please bring back security walking the property at night. Too much activity in the parking lots going on and unsafe. Looks like prostitution and drug deals. Security used to walk the grounds and made it better. Too many people hanging out that don't even stay here.

Be careful , I won’t book there again!!

Well, we never stayed. I booked 4 rooms for a National Track Meet a few weeks in advance. While sitting in the airport on our way I received a message telling me that they cancelled our rooms and gave us just 2 rooms and both were singles. So I along with another coach are in the airport with 4 teenage boys and having to try and find another place to stay which didn’t happen until around midnight.
