-Quiet hours MUST be followed from 9pm-9am for respect of the neighbors.
-Gas fireplace in the main level living room is available for use. Do not use wood burning fireplace in kitchen or garden apartment.
-NO parties or events: will result in immediate vacating of the property.
-NO smoking inside the home: subject to extreme penalties and fines.
-MAXIMUM of 16 guests allowed overnight.
-Please pick up after your pets.
-$50 Lost Key Fee if the house key is lost or misplaced.
-Per Greensboro City Regulations, only 1 car per bedroom is allowed for overnight guests. Two cars may park in the parking pad, all other cars may park on the street (free parking). Do not block the driveway with your car.
