Excellent home recently renovatedJamestown, NC- quiet, safe suburban-rural mix with historic roots, parks, trails, local shops, excellent restaurants & bars. Clean tree-lined streets with sidewalks. Greensboro & High Point just minutes away.House: Tastefully decorated & clean. Living area: great room layout. Dining: new: bar-top table, 4 sturdy chairs. Kitchen: new: stainless-steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, ice maker, new: cookware, cutlery set, knife set, dishes, glasses, utensils. Island countertop with bar stools. Den: Large screen TV, vast selection of channels and streaming apps, plush bonded leather couch, love seat and side chair. Bedrooms: new: quality bedding, mattresses, linens. Baths: clean, new: towels, fixtures & mirrors.Awesome kids room: RGB Color-Changing LED Strip Lights on headboards and frames, 2 remote controls for each bed changes the lights & patterns-each kid selects their preference. Headboards have 2 outlet plugs and a USB port. Lots of board games. Big screen TV already set up for gaming. Bluetooth tablets & phones pair with the TV for gaming.Deck: Large screened gazebo, patio tables & chairs.Carport-house entry door. Driveway extends back. Large concrete pad safe-even surface for kids to play. Yard is huge & well-groomed. Room for vehicles.Host: Warm, friendly gentleman, replies promptly. Welcomes guests with bottled water, tea bags, & snacks. Cares deeply. Makes every guest feel special!
