We could hear the people next door! Terrible security coming in the building. Missing smoke detector. Hole in ceiling..could have been for viewing. Dead bug on bathroom floor. Rugs felt gross. Small unclean breakfast area.

BUGS BUGS BUGS !!! I will not recommend this place since there is lots of bugs in the room, and everything is dirty and showers are not working, bathroom is dirty. Stuff is aware of the bugs and they don't want to do anything about it.

I am deeply sorry for the issues that you encountered. I am personally bothered by your report and i will be addressing all staff that worked during your stay as this is unacceptable. Our showers do work, if there was a problem it should have been reported to me if staff was made aware of your issues/concerns! We have monthly inspections for pests/insects so i will be having them inspect the room you stayed in immediately.

Where do I start? How about the bathroom in #107. A large crack in the ceiling from water damage and likely black mold around the damage. Exhaust fan did not work, allowing moisture to build up in the room. Old faucet and sink with corrosion. Only one hand towel for two occupants. Toilet seat cover moves causing you to loose balance when sitting on it. Move to the hallway where several loose wires from the doorway to the TV/Microwave/refrigerator area of the room causing a very real trip hazard. The legs to the desk were all loose making it a fall hazard and not safe to put anything on it. The beds were OK for a cheap motel, however at $141 per night, I don't consider this a fair price for what you get. The breakfast area offers minimal items (apples, pre-packaged cereal, coffee and OJ.) We looked at it and passed it by for a real breakfast in town. No clerk at the desk upon checkout and the instructions on the sign ask you to dial "0" to contact the clerk, however they never answered the phone, so I left without obtaining a receipt. This was a very bad experience for me and it will likely cause me to avoid any Days Inn in the future. I want my stay refunded! Harry Reed

I apologize for the issues that you encountered. We are actively undergoing remodeling and upgrades to the property. I have addressed all concerns that you have listed and i apologize as i would have addressed them sooner had i known. We have a shortage right now on some items and are doing our best, so i apologize for not having enough towels or having more breakfast items, and our staff was busy was a full house assisting other guests if the sign says to dial zero. I will be sharing this with my staff and making sure that we can do our best to avoid such a list of issues for any future guests. I apologize again greatly for what you encountered while staying with us.
