Adjacent to the pool, a four-seater spa whirlpool (non-heated) awaits, ideal for sun-drenched afternoons or starlit evenings. Culinary enthusiasts will relish the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with a BBQ, traditional pizza oven, counter, and sink, paired with a shaded rustic dining area, perfect for crafting memorable al fresco meals. For moments of playful joy, the expansive 300 m² lawn-covered terrace provides a safe and inviting environment for little ones to play freely, while a dedicated playground and three bicycles add an extra touch of fun and adventure for our youngest guests.
