Formidable

Séjour formidable, la villa est très confortable et rien n'y manque , nos hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants. Un seul petit bémol : la proximité des voisins dont le bruit peut devenir incommodant.

The villa is absolutly great! All that you needed and more is ni the house, every detail, the cleaness, the beds are so comfortables. Chrysa and her family is very friendly and helpful. the house is very well locales near Platanias which has good beaches with many restaurants and shops. They left us some homemade cookies and Greek salad very rich. This Villa is really recommended, we are very grateful and happy to have chosen it. In a word, it's Perfect! Thank you very much Chrysa we adore your house!

Really enjoyed our stay

We recently stayed at Dream villa luxury and we were very satisfied with our stay. Everything is clean and well equipped so it makes it very convenient for us as a family of 6 staying there. Chronis was very easy to get a hold of and always made sure that everything is okay. I highly recommend staying at this villa if you are visiting Chania. Location is close to downtown and to the airport and which is a plus for those who are travelling by plane to or from Chania. Renting a car would definitely be a convenient way to explore the area.

Our 2nd trip to Dream Villa ❤️

We had such a wonderful time at Dream Villa back in 2017 we decided to return again this summer 2018. And we weren’t disappointed. The villa is still as fabulous as last year, everything is catered for, our wonderful hosts Chrysa and Chronis were so hospitable and welcoming. We love your country, not only for it’s culture and history, it’s stunning beaches and delicious food but mainly it’s people. So thank you again for another glorious memorable holiday. We will be back! 😀

Fabulous villa

This is an amazing villa and we loved our stay. It's beautifully furnished, a good size and very comfortable. Each bedroom has its own TV as well as a huge TV in the lounge and free WiFi so the young adults were well catered for. The finishing touches really made our stay amazing. we arrived to a fridge full of food which was brilliant after a day of travelling and so thoughtful of the owners. The fluffy towels and complementary toiletries made it feel like a luxury hotel but the fully stocked kitchen meant self catering was very easy. The beds were very comfortable so we had good nights of sleep and there is air con throughout for when the heat became too much.The garden is quiet, beautifully maintained and very private, not overlooked at all and the pool was just perfect for cooling down. there is a mini-market in walking distance with beautiful beaches and Tavernas within 10 mins drive and Chania Old Town very close by. The sea is warm and very clear and the beaches are uncrowded. We had a wonderful stay and were really sad to leave after such a wonderful and relaxing holiday. I recommend this villa for anyone wanting to have a relaxing holiday as it's a good combination of luxury but also a home from home. The owners are attentive but not intrusive and we were very touched by our handmade leaving gifts. We made good use of our hire car and Google maps is a must. I hope you enjpy this villa as much as we did, I'd definately visit again if I could.

We have just returned from the most fantastic week in Dream Villa . I chose it because it ticked all the boxes for myself my sister and my two teenagers .The location is perfect near to the airport , Chania and the beautiful beaches and hidden coves. We hired a car the villa is located about 10 minutes drive from the airport . Easy ! The car hire company even drove to the villa with me .. so kind ! Chronis and Chrysa were waiting for us on our arrival and spent time giving us a tour of the villa and garden explaining everything in detail. The villa has everything to offer in terms of privacy, comfort and facilities . It has large living and sleeping places, areas where you can sit quietly and just take in the dramatic coastal views and mountains . The villa is clean and Chronis and Chrysa had really paid attention to every detail to make our stay special in that it’s like staying in a five star hotel ! Fluffy towels , olive oil toilitires , Egyptian cotton bed linen and much more ! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly require. We were supplied with a larder full of basics and the fridge was also stocked with essentials . Chronis and Chrysa’s mother even prepared us a delicious Mousakka and salad left for our arrival which was incredibly kind !! Thank you !! The garden is fantastic with the covered shady eating area, the beautiful clean pool, the amazing BBQ and the wonderful mature trees which provided welcome shade throughout the day .The outside facilities have been carefully thought in the same way as the interior . Fine attention to detail . There is an outside sink which was most useful , outdoor shower and a fridge for those cold local beers ! Often sourced from the little shop just a minute down the road ! My two teenagers loved the outdoor space and we lioved coming back from a day out to the tranquillity of the villa and peaceful garden . I would recommend this villa to anyone seeking luxury in a great rural location in a part of Crete which still retains iits charm and authenticity . Because the villa is so special it’s very tempting to just stay put and enjoy ! Local exploring is easy with a car and we found some stunning quiet little beaches with crystal clear calm waters and little tavernas where we ate wonderful fresh fish and just soaked up the atmosphere ! Aww just want to return ! We definitely will. Thank you so much Chronis , Chrysa and mum !

Wonderful stay in a Luxurious Villa

We booked Dream Villa for 6 days before our Nephews wedding and we had a wonderful time. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by how much food and drink the hosts Chronis, Chrysa and their parents had left for us. The Villa, Garden and Swimming Pool were fantastic to relax in and we had air conditioning in every room. All appliances are brand new (Oven, Microwave, Fridge, TV's etc) and a great deal of thought has gone into every aspect of the property. There was even a sink outside to clean the bar-b-que after use and even more impressive was the outdoor fridge. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds and although we were only expecting one shower there was in fact two which was very useful as there were 6 of us staying. The basement included a Gym and an office and although we didn't use either they were both an excellent facilities. There is a small mini market within 100 yards and the nearest small town is Koudoupidiana which is about a mile away and has a number of shops including supermarkets, Banks and Restaurants. A particularly good restaurant is Boukaris where we ate twice and were very impressed with the food and the service. Chania is about 6 miles away and well worth a visit and we would have no hesitation in returning to Dream Villa in the future.

Great villa, wonderful owners, very strongly recommended.

My wife & I spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this lovely villa. The property is to an excellent standard and the owners are very helpful & accommodating - there was a slight problem with the shower head which the owners fixed immediately. This lovely property is in a great location, very convenient for beaches, close to a large village with a good variety of restaurants & facilities and only a short drive to the wonderful town of Chania. Being close to the airport is also convenient - ok, there is a little aircraft noise but one gets used to it and is worth putting up with to spend time in this wonderful villa.

FANTASTIC VILLA in stunningly beautiful Crete!!!

We rented out "Dream Villa" for 2 weeks in August 2017. The villa was absolutely perfect, it had all the mod cons you could think of (air conditioning, satellite TV in all the bedrooms, washing & drying machines, microwave, oven, hob, mini dishwasher, home computer, free wi fi, private gym down in the basement too.....(the owners have thought of everything you could need). It's decorated beautifully and to such a high standard. We felt like we were staying in a hotel! Everything is brand new. It is exactly how it looks in the photographs. Cleaners come in every four days so the place is constantly spotless. There were three adults, one teenager and one child in our group. The villa was so spacious with plenty of room for us all. It was a joy having our own private pool, being able to chill out in the lovely back garden enjoying the sun, go for a quick dip in the pool, then feast on a delicious lunch made on our very own built-in BBQ....wonderful! The villa is less than 5 minutes drive from the local beach Kalathas which is just beautiful...soft sand with crystal clear water. There you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. There are also 2 beach bars available for food and drink. You will most definitely need a car to get around. We booked ours before we travelled, with a company called Tellus. We collected the car from their office in Chania (about a 15 minute drive from the villa). There is a local mini mart about a 20 second walk from the villa if you need provisions. The closest village for restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, butcher, bakery etc is only 5 minutes drive away. You must visit Falassarna beach (just over an hour's drive from the villa).....it is like the Caribbean - white sand with the most stunning turquoise blue water...out of this world! We fell in love with Crete and will definitely be back. The people are so friendly, the food is absolutely delicious and as for the beaches...well, you'll just have to go see for yourself. I must say a huge thank you to the owner's Chrysa and Chronis for making our stay so enjoyable (and of course to their lovely Mum who very kindly made us a few famous greek dishes and left them in our fridge as a surprise for us when we got back from the beach). They were all so kind and I wish them well with their venture. Thank you also to their reservations manager Peter Apostolakis who was so helpful and extremely efficient with all my queries. Perfect villa really was dreamy :)

My family and I stayed at Dream Villa 1 for 10 days and had a fabulous stay. The hosts were delightful Father a daughter team were so friendly and made us very welcome. We were shown around the Villa and had everything explained. There was cleaning service every 3 days which was lovely and we were notified so we could be out of the way. The owners left a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated as we arrive late at night and tired from travelling. The Villa and garden are beautiful with all the comforts of home and more. The swimming pool was great for a dip and the garden a delight to relax in. It suited my dad with the lovely seating area and shady canopy and large table for outdoor dining. There were sinks to use outside and a drying rack was also useful. The lawn was lovely and sprinklers watered it automatically every morning. My daughter and I enjoyed sunbathing on the comfy loungers. The garden also benefited from catching a breeze so it was very pleasurable to relax there. The Villa was beautifully equipped and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with all the modern appliances it was made easy. The bedrooms with comfy beds and an upstairs bathroom all fresh and clean. In the basement a lovely added extra of som gym equipment a computer and printer a downstairs shower room and washing machine. We did not want to leave! The area for us was perfect as it's in a tiny village but close to the small town of Koudoupidiana where the are 3 good size supermarkets, bakery's and a specialist fruit and veg shop as well as banks and at least 6 pharmacies! Also a really good restaurant. The house is 5 minutes drive to a lovely beach Kalathas and not far 15 minutes from Stavros beach about 10 minutes to the airport. The town of Chania is about 15 minutes drive and the port of Souda is close by.s well as it being an easy drive to Go either east or west to explore more of Crete. All round a perfect and dreamy place to stay. Thank you very much we would definitely return if we have the opportunity.
