This hotel was great. We could view the nightly fireworks from our room and it was within walking to many thinks to do. My only complaint was that I booked a room with a jet tube. It was our anniversary and thought it would be a great add on even though it was more money. Well there was only hot water. The slight trickle from the cold water faucet was as hot as the hot side. We added more than 3 trash cans of ice before it even slightly useable. When I mentioned this at the front desk I was told thanks and they would fix this for the next guest. This was not a satisfactory conclusion but I was not able to get any other response. I don’t feel like they really care about their customers.

I was very disappointed on the hotel view. I booked a fall view spent extra for it. When i checked in, i went to the room i was looking at the roof of the casino with a little view of the of the fallls. When i went down to the frontdesk. I was told the us view id a partial not a full view. The mamager charged me $100 per night to updated my room and she wouldn't allowed my to look at the room before accepting the room. It was my wife birthday and i didn't want the manager to ruin it so i ended accepting. We moved from 20th floor to 29th. I would have say this the major issue i encounted. The manager who was a lady wasn't helpful at all. The 29th view was a little bit better...

The hotel offered an exceptional view, with its immaculate cleanliness and a range of amenities. Its location conveniently accommodated our activities. The hotel’s ambiance was characterized by its brightness and charm. Our suite was spacious and well-appointed. While the fixtures in the bathroom were in good working condition, there were a few minor issues. The hose had a leaky connection, the tub faucet knob was malfunctioning, and the shower glass grout allowed water to seep onto the floor. Unfortunately, the staff’s interactions were somewhat lacking in friendliness. While they were not rude, their demeanor could be described as indifferent. The parking attendants’ aggressive behavior further contributed to the confusion and frustration experienced by guests.

Last Saturday night fire alarm went on so loud in the room plus kept on repeating the announcement, oh my! I booked a hotel to relax for everyday stress at work but looks like i didn't get chance to relax and sleep well. Also, the parking was full. My hubby and i was so upset and frustrated coz we dont enjoy a time to relax. I think we deserved a compensation for those instances. Thank you and have a pleasant day.

We stayed at the Hilton Niagara and found it to be a great option for accessing the Fallsview stage, especially during a winter storm. The location was incredibly convenient, allowing us to avoid the harsh weather and get to our event with ease. That said, the hotel itself feels a bit outdated. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, some areas could use a refresh to match the modern expectations of a Hilton property.

Great Trip .. but be strategic

Hi Families. This was super affordable due to the exchange rate. Easy access to pool, gym, and CASINO/ GALLERIA. View is good by not amazing of the Falls. Fun at night with the lights. Make sure to spluge for the view of Falls not the "City". God Bless Canada and America.

Disappointed

We were really disappointed with our stay this weekend. Not sure if we will return next time around, unless conditions improve. Between the erratic room temperature, no hot water for showers, door lock not working properly, and finding insects in our room, we may look elsewhere next time. I did speak with the front desk on checking out, but $75 discount is appreciated but little consolation. We have started here many times in the past, and never had such issues. Regards,
