Within a radius of about 500 meters you can find all the services you will need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy). You find a bus stop at just 50 meters, and boat pier at 200 meters from the house.



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, air fryer machine, electric kettle, cappuccino electric milk frother machine and Nespresso coffee machine;



To complete the living area we find a dining table for 8 people and a cozy lounge corner with a sofa bed, an armchair and a smart TV.



Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, each one with its own wardrobe to store all your clothes and latest generation silent coumn fan. The central bedroom has a king size bed.



The house has two bathrooms, both with a large walk-in shower with glass box, sink, toilet and bidet.



In common with the apartment below there is a laundry room, in which you will find a sink, a washer-dryer, drying racks and an iron with its board.



The apartment does not have a private parking space, however there are several free public parking lots nearby.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
