The room was not vacuumed, had sparkles all over. Fire sensor hanging from ceiling, Coffee or something splashed behind the front door. Security lock damaged, long hairs in bathroom, and on bed. Bed sheet had some stains. White overlay on bed had foot print marks right below the fire alarm sensor. Looks as if someone just painted the ceiling. Not very clean at all. the breakfast was small tiny bagels, and cereal.. Not very impressed.

This business used to be a Best Western, and there are still items in the rooms that say Best Western, but it appears to have somehow lost that franchise tag. Very pleasant customer service and they allowed us to check in early. The room was clean but had a strong musty smell. Pool was not heated at all and breakfast was coffee, orange juice, boxed cereals, microwaveable sandwiches, and bagels.

Housekeeping doesn't seem to care

Front desk staff was professional, helpful, friendly. The room had the previous guest's socks on the floor at side of the bed, the bed was made bit the pillows were in a pile looking unmade, there was a used towel on the floor of the bathroom crumpled up, the rim of the toilet was dirty but the seat itself was clean, there was trash in both of the restroom trash cans, and used coffee supplies still on the countertop. I was too tired and stressed out to go back to the front desk to complain and just slept in my clothes and didn't take a shower because I just needed a place to sleep. The room looked clean from the doorway, until you got to the bathroom area and checked the side of the bed.

We completely unloaded our vehicle at our room & then discovered we couldn't connect to wifi. Front desk was unable to correct after over 30 mins. We were given option of staying w/o wifi or moving to another room (To be fair, the evening desk clerk tried her best to be helfpul). We loaded our vehicle & moved. Checked for wifi, then unloaded our vehicle AGAIN. We were traveling w/ food on a long road trip. This refrig had no freezer. All rooms were stated to have freezers. We weren't going to load & move again. When we checked out the next morning I explained how we'd been twice inconvenienced & asked for some compensation. Morning desk clerk told us: 1. We had booked through a 3rd party 2. We already had a good price for the room 3. Motel had new owner who didn't know what booking sites offered, nor did he know what amenities his motel rooms offered 4. New owner was selling in Dec anyway. None of these responses were valid. I explained that the lack of accommodation for the inconveniences would be reflected in my review of their motel. Desk clerk would let owner know. Didn't seem to be of concern to her. I called Expedia. They were wonderful in assisting us in offering some compensation from their end. Thank you.

I have stayed here before. It just changed ownership. The free breakfast had no hot food and was very limited. I wanted to use the spa, but that was broken. I was informed that they were in the process of fixing. These things are a priority, even with new ownership, especially when you advertise them on the web. Will pay more to stay elsewhere.

Wonderful and caring person at the front desk.

The room I checked in to wreaked of stale cigarette smoke and other odors that I couldn't identity. The bathtub matt had green mucus stuck to it and finally the refrigerator was broken. I went to the front desk and the person immediately apologized and assigned me a new room. She was very helpful and caring. A+ on service. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Not very customer oriented.

Not a very customer oriented stay. They were pretty empty and wouldn’t check us in early without charging extra. I’ve never had any hotel ever try that. For sure a below average stay as far as nice. I’d rate it maybe a 4 out of 10.
