La maison bénéficie de tout le confort moderne (barbecue gaz, plaques à induction, four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge etc...)

Elle est située dans un parc de plus d'un hectare tout en restanques complantées d'oliviers, de fruitiers et chênes centenaires ainsi que de plantes aux essences méditerranéennes.
Elle jouit d'une vue exceptionnelle, panoramique à 180° jusqu'à la Méditerranée, balayant la côte de Théoule-sur-Mer jusqu'à Antibes. Au calme.

Idéal pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis, vous serez dans un lieu sans vis-à-vis, en lisière de forêt, à 2 minutes des randonnées et ballades en VTT grâce notamment au sentier pédestre rejoignant le village de Magagnosc à Grasse.
