We were in a handicapped room, the rod holding the shower head was broken and fell almost heating me on the head. We had to balance it ma u ally to shower. NO HOT WATER in the morning, had to take a cold shower. The tub had what looked like nasal mucus stuck to it, I had to clean myself. We were told there were no other rooms available. We have stayed here before and never encountered these kind of issues in the past. I can provide pictures.

Great location for attending a concert at Thunder Valley casino. Only issue was that none of the rooms were ready to check in to until 4:30, so the lobby was full of guests waiting for a room.

Check was 4p. Didn’t get to check in til 4:47p. Has to scramble to get to my event that evening. Just a bit disappointing. Then had to wait 15 minutes for a fresh pot of coffee at the breakfast the next day. Then they were out of items to eat at the breakfast even tho there was still an hour before the breakfast closed.

It's hidden behind a shopping center, but separated from it enough that it's not a problem. The shopping center provides good options for food and entertainment. The room was great, the breakfast was lacking.

Good but could be great

Overall spacious rooms, good service and basic amenities. Few negs: hotel smells very dated and some parts smell horrible. At the end of our 4-day stay, our clothes even smelled like the hotel, yuck. The front-desk staff could be friendlier; house-keeping staff was great! Good for price, but will likely not stay here again.
