For almost $300 a night, i would expect nicer rooms rooms that the bathroom door would shut all the way.Bathroom faucet fell off when using it. The room looked to be your typical hundred dollar a night room. The pool and hot tub was really nice. Staff was really nice as well. There is no food, no breakfast. Gym is small

The outside of the property is not taken care of at all. My family of 5 came in to check in at the front desk and no one was there. After waiting for some time someone finally came. We checked into the room and on first glance it seemed ok, but later smelled moldy and after looking around the tables were sticky and not clean. The air conditioning didnt work well and our phone didnt work at all. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Even still, my family wanted to make the best of it. But after we went down to the pool area that was the final straw. The jacuzzi was dirty. Slimey substance around the areas where you put your head to relax. A huge bandaid was also found around the jacuzzi. A false eyelash on the floor, another bandaid found on the mat outside the jacuzzi. The pool had algae and dirt at the bottim of it. There were actual worms in the gap that is around the pool along with mold and slimey substances. Blood stain on a pool towel. Just stuff of nightmares for a hotel stay. I couldn't allow my children to stay in such an unsanitary place. I am not usually one to leave such reviews but I would hate to see this happen to another family. We had to leave and stay somewhere else. I fid use expedia to book and they issued a full refund which is wonderful. Dont stay here. Beware!

Convenient place for me to say. Staff is efficient and nice I wasn’t thrilled with the cleanliness of my first 2 days. However, the staff cleaned my room so well, after 2 days, I was impressed

The room was clean. Updating of the walls and bathroom necessary due to water rot in drywall. A bar was advertised , but there was no bar. Thin walls overall, we could hear the wedding party walk and talk in the halls.
