Newly Remodeled!! Our little bungalow is located in the heart of the Vinelands.

We are 40 minutes away from Powderhorn ski resort…relax & enjoy the local brews after a long day of skiing!

We are located within 1 mile of downtown Palisade, and within 1 mile of 4 wineries...one of which is .2 miles away.

We are located within 1 mile of Orchard River View Wedding Venue, and 1.5 miles to the Palisade Rim and Stagecoach Trail.

Plenty of parking.

Fire pit in front yard...allowed during low fire warning season!

If you are looking for tranquility and seclusion, this is the house for you.

Private patio surrounded by beautiful plants, vines and trees. Beautiful views of the Grand Mesa, Mt. Garfield and surrounding peach orchards.

Patio includes BBQ grill, outdoor seating and Cafe Lights and a Hot Tub!

Outdoor games make for a fun night back at the bungalow after a day of wine tasting, biking or hiking!

Large master bedroom with a king bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle.

Wine weekend away and this place was just perfect! Charming house with every amenity you will need and very close to a handful of wineries. Awesome views too!

Property had plenty of paper products and items to cook with even though we didnt. Hot tun and firepit were a bonus for sure. Good set up for mt bikers which we were during our stay.

Great little, comfy place!
We really enjoyed this property. It had all the comforts of home and we needed nothing! There was even a vegetable peeler for our veggies. 😆 Super cute decor, VERY clean and accommodating for our family. We would definitely book this place again if in the area. Sheri was a great host and good with communication. 👍

Fantastic Host and Rental
Sheri was an amazing host. She has a beautiful home that was immaculate, comfy, in a nice quiet neighborhood and equipped with everything I needed to feel right at home. Communication was great! She was welcoming, friendly and quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend staying at her home and plan on staying with her again when I come back to Colorado.

Palisade House
A clean, comfortable place, close to downtown and nice hiking. I like the outdoor space, it was a nice area to barbecue and play a little corn hole. Nice shade in the day and good outdoor lighting at night.

Nice and clean place, great proximity to vineyards and wine tasting in Palisade.
Nice place but only one very small bathroom with shower area so may not be ideal for families with little ones needing a bathtub. Have to walk through one room to access master bedroom so probably best to go with family only or just a couple. Nicely remodeled and would recommend to a friend.
