Dirty stained sheets, dirty lobby as soon as you step in food and crumbs on the floor. So we did not stay because there was no cleaning services due to it being christmas. So we left and hotel does not want to give us a refund!! Worst expensive booking through expedia. Expedia does not want to refund us either. Do not book through them!! So disappointed

It was nice. We were actually supposed to stay at a hotel but when that fell through this hotel Was great and stress free. They also upgraded our room as a complimentary gesture. It was nice after the headache we had just had from another hotel.

The room was on ruins, big water stains on the ceiling, look like water running on the wall the paint start peeling, bathroom was clogged, outside was on completely darkness, in the room we found a bottle of milk, this needs mayor upgrade
