Huge apartment, clean great sea view, comfy bed and pillows, tram at back gate was so good when getting back to hotel after a long day. The two spas and indoor pool were fantastic, big outdoor lagoon pool looked beautiful but we didnt swim in it as to cold this time of year. The one and only small negative, which is probably out of mantras control, is some one smoking on our floor (16th) strong smell in the evenings ( only in hallway ) in the morning the hallway had always been sprayed with a air freshener of sorts. Apart from that , we loved our stay .

Needs some updating. Had a beeping from a smoke alarm. Was locked in a cupboard. The insinkarater was not working and had an ugly smell. Good points tram was outside the front door pretty river view.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, the pools were really nice. The rooms were not what I was expecting and was really nice, spacious and generally pretty clean. The coastal kitchen was really good, would've liked to see it open for longer maybe for lunch/dinner time. The 1 negative I do have is the general frequency of house keeping, i.e the rubbish we had was piling up and no way of removing the rubbish, the tea and coffee available we had to request more from reception. Apart from that, my stay was definitely welcomed and would happily come back next time.

The girl on reception was not very Friendly. The room is old, needs an upgrade and I was under the impression that parking was free - not $20 p.night. The gate out was broken so we had to walk heaps further to get to tram. The pool areas are lovely.

Everything is A++ highly recommend for families and highly recommend for couples wanting that romantic peaceful break to reconnect. The place is a bit dated but it is definitely good value for money! Not super central but well located nonetheless. Can’t beat the tram stop located at the doorstep with 50-cent fares and open loop payment. Staff was nice and pools were fun and family friendly.
