One bedroom apartment and view was lovely and the lagoon pool so beautiful and the lizards that live there are amazing laying beside the pool it is very family oriented hotel.

There were few options to get a drink on arrival 9the pool cafe was about to close) the the front desk receptionist was not helpful when I asked if there was something nearby where I cold eat dinner. She asked if I had the uber ap and I didn't - she said you can order dinner on the Uber ap (which I repeated that I didn't have). I asked if there were menus in the room for nearby restaurants or cafes and she said no. Again, not very helpful. I was checking in around 6.00pm so not that late. Did I mention that there was no room service to order from? Hmmm.

It was very noisy with road works and construction going on till 11.30pm sunday night . How can a council allow that happening and the mantra should have notified guests. Alsi $20 extra a day for parking a car is disgusting when you pay more than enough for the room. I will never be back.

Beautiful stay.

The hotel is beautiful, with great pools and spa and tennis courts. We had an ocean view room which was very spacious with beautiful furniture and very comfy bed. Only 1 minute walk to the beach and esplanade and 10 walk to Cavill ave. Can highly recommend this hotel.
