Tive um constrangimento na chegada, ao fazer o check-in o recepcionista sem conhecimento algum, informou que minha reserva estava errada e começou falar um Monte de abobrinha, mantive a calma para não ofender pois sei que estava na minha razão, péssimo atendimento. Parabenizar o atendente da manhã, monta o café, limpa os quartos e ainda atende bem, mais o da noite é horrível!!
