The Waldesheim house was completely renovated in the mid-90s in the style of typical resort architecture. The house is located in the Elisenstraße / corner Gartenweg, not far from the forest promenade. 

Apartment 11:
The apartment in 1. Upstairs consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa (sofa bed) and fully equipped kitchenette. DU / WC of course belongs to the room layout. TV is available both in the bedroom and in the living room. Washer with dryer is also available. Parking space is at the house and a lift in the house. Linen packages (consisting of bed linen, a bath towel, two towels, a bath mat and a tea towel) can be rented for 15,00 € / person or bring your own.   Please note: For departures on Sundays and public holidays, a surcharge for the final cleaning must be booked. 2 bicycles are available in the shared bicycle storage room for free use. (The possibility of using the bicycles is a rent-independent performance of the landlord and is at the risk of the tenant. The renter is responsible for the traffic safety of the bicycles. Defects do not entitle to reduce the rental price, bicycles are in the bicycle storage next to the entrance stairs down.)

Einfach ausgestattete Wohnung mit Balkon.Für 2 Personen sehr gut. Zu viert ist das Schlasofa recht alt und dahinter, wo man mit dem Kopf liegt nicht geputzt und nicht vorbereitet.In der Onlinebuchung konnte ich nicht finden, dass man Bettwäsche, Handtücher und auch Duschvorleger und Geschirrtrockentuch extra buchen muss, erst in der Buchuungsbestätigung nach dem ich gebucht hatte, stand es. Endreinigung sind 90, finde ich für die kleine Wohnung ohne Wäsche sehr teuer.

Absolut Empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung liegt wenige Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt, durch eigenen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist das Parken selbst in Strandnähe zum Glück kein Problem. Der Check-In-Prozess verlief sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und durch die Hinweiskärtchen wussten wir auch sofort, wo alles zu finden ist. Selbst das Übernachten zu dritt mit Kind war kein Problem, somit Daumen hoch und volle Bewertung..

Zu wenig Infos

Die Adresse der Wohnung haben wir nicht über Ihr Portal gefunden, sondern mussten erst in Google-Maps nachsehen. Die Wohnung 11 selber, ist im Hausflur nicht deklariert. Man irrt im Haus rum, um sie zu finden.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die ruhige aber denoch zentrale Lage, ein PKW-Stellplatz sowie die Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind echte Pluspunkte.
