Room was very clean.it included an in wall air conditioner, ceiling fan, bench and chair, blockout curtains, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, full set of crockery and cutlery, spare twin 3 point plug with win USB charging outlets, full bathroom linen and accessories. Room was quiet. Parking outside of room. Excellent staff and good low cost meals.

The pub was very nice., steak was very yummy . Rooms was really basic and give us no bath towels only 2 hand towels very noisy can hear coal trains all night.

Room size too small for two beds - queen double has one side against wall. Pillows rather small and soft. Beds very comfortable. Need to check numbers of crockery and cutlery items in room. A second chair for a couple would be good but where would it fit with the two beds in the room? Otherwise all was good.
