We bought a suite and the hotel dint give us the suite we booked. Additionally, morning 2am water started gushing out of the walls into our room horrifying my child who was sleeping on the sofa bed. We had to change our rooms and the management did not even bother to make us confortable. All this mess was happening at 2am.. We could not sleep all night as we had to move rooms, pack up our luggage, move it out ourself..no concierge available.. what a mess !!!!

We liked this place. It was great, convenient to the border and easy to access from the highway. Parking was a bit annoying when we first arrived, due to an event, but after the event there were ample spaces. We really liked the call from the front desk after getting our room. It was a nice touch.

The room was ok. The beds were old, outdated and uncomfortable for the price. There were limited towels for 4 of us. Both days had to ask for towels. Second day, didn't even stock another roll of toilet paper, needed to ask for that as well. Won't be staying there again.
