This house is situated in a quiet, spacious park not far from the centre of Giethoorn. It has its own jetty with a swimming ladder. You can cool off and refresh yourself right next to the house. Characteristic of the architecture in this area is a low roofline as protection from the wind. The low roof line is interrupted by a beautiful high window. As standard there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. There are several apartments of this type in the park. The exact location in the park may therefore differ from the pictures. The interior may differ from the photos, all houses have the same quality standard. The house is equipped with all amenities, including Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, central heating, dishwasher, microwave. In addition, you can park two cars at the house. The property also has a private jetty with bathing ladder.



This park in Giethoorn, the "Venice of the North", is located on the edge of the Weerribben nature reserve. You can sail, fish, swim, walk, cycle or simply relax on your own terrace. Of course you can also book an electric sloop or boat for your stay, which will be moored in front of your house. Fishing is also possible in the park for a small fee. You can encounter many different species of fish in the Weerribben Wieden nature reserve. Night fishing without noise is permitted in your villa.



There is the Villa Bodelaeke restaurant and a boules court. A play beach with a pirate ship is open especially for children. There is a swimming area, limited by buoys, for children up to a depth of 130 cm. You can also hire bicycles and e-bikes in the park.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 152.00 per stay. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
