The hotel was easy to find within the terminal. It was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a 16 hour layover in London, so it was very convenient to be able to stay at the airport, grab supper and get a good nights rest before our early morning flight.

Rooms are extremely small. Bathroom, sink and shower are all in one small area. If you have mobility issues or have a lot of luggage with you it would be a very tight space. Some rooms do not have a window so if this is important be sure to ask specificity for one with a window. Bed was very comfortable, very quiet, amazing location for early flights and staff were wonderful.

The room was very nice, comfortable for one night sleep! They give u discounts for food in the airport which is quite nice of them! The only thing i wasn't keen on was the toilet/shower situation!

poor design washroom shower literally splashing the toilet and toilet paper also rooms are tiny like tins and definitely not worth £120 a night without breakfast! extremely dissapointed i had no kettle and coffe tea for this price even though on website there is clearly photo of kettle tea and coffe very poor therefore 3 stars bed comfortable and modern design on plus side
