Great place to stay !

I have to say , we really enjoyed this condo . Everything was super clean and up to date .. it is decorated super cute and felt very homey . We loved feeding the geese and ducks out back . If I had to have a complaint it would only be the master bathroom. Needs doors for more privacy getting ready so you won't wake up your sleeping partner .. other than that it was amazing and hoping we can come back in the fall and stay again .

FOUR GENERATIONS

We enjoyed the location and the layout of the condo. My 2 year old grandson loved going out on the deck and feeding the birds. From the great grandmother, the grandmother, the mother and then the baby all enjoyed the condo. We will be staying there on our next trip!

Excellent Location

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The space worked well for 2 couples. The ground floor access made it so easy coming and going. The location is so close to everything, yet it was tucked away and quiet. We enjoyed watching and feeding the ducks from the back balcony on the water!

Very Convenient

Condo was great. Good value and convenient to many attractions we planned to attend while in the area. One of the cleanest places I have rented through VRBO. We didn’t use the outside areas because of our lack of time, but we did enjoy spending a little time on the balcony feeding the ducks and geese. We’LLC definitely stay here again in the future if available.

Beautiful condo, super clean!

This condo was so, so clean. Beautifully decorated and cozy! The hotels on either side look to be going thru some renovations, but did not affect our stay. Located one block from LeConte Center. Condo backs up to walking trail between The Old Mill and The Island.

Cute place with Attentive Host

My husband and I have stayed in this condo building before, in a different unit but enjoyed this one even more. Anthony was great about reaching out to make sure our stay was everything we needed. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed having a gas fireplace and it kept the room very warm during the cold nights!We will definitely come back!

Great Condo!

So glad we found this condo! I is cute clean and the location was perfect for us for the weekend. We were attending an event at the Leconte Center and this location was perfect we were able to walk there quickly and not have to fight traffic. The condo was great on the first floor! It had a nice view of the river. It was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths! Our family was very pleased! The communication was also great with the owner.

Christmas Vacation

My family and I had an excellent trip to pigeon Forge for Christmas. The condo was just as described and communication with management was excellent. Highly recommend this unit, and the location is also wonderful. Very close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and things to do!

Great Accommodations and Great Location

Very nice condo with excellent location in Pigeon Forge. Spacious, well appointed decor and amenities. Nice spacious level parking, well lit at night. Multiple avenues to enter and exit property is nice during high traffic times. Location is convenient to multiple restaurants and shopping. Communication with owner was excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely look for this property again for my next visit.

Perfect location

Great location to get to Dollywood easily. We loved having a kitchen with separate bedrooms / baths. Great views of the Winterfest lights. Clean and was adorably decorated for the holidays. Anthony was a dream to communicate with!

Great place to stay

The unit was very cozy and homey. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. It was extremely clean and laid out very well. Easy access to the parkway. I loved sitting on the patio and watching the geese and ducks. I had a question and texted Anthony and received an immediate reply. The only down side was the hard mattress. I will definitely be staying here again! I highly recommend!

Perfect Place

Awesome 2-bedroom condo and conveniently located near LeConte and The Island in Pigeon Forge. Communication from rental management was excellent. Layout was perfect for 4 people. Everything worked great. Supplied coffee pods, washer pod and toiletries was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the geese and ducks.

Great Location!

This is our second time staying at this property and everything was great again this time! The ducks and geese are a big hit with my 2 year old and will be waiting for you outside every morning! Everything around the property is quiet, yet so close to the main road in Pigeon Forge! We hope to be back again soon!
