This place is awesome. We had a great time on our anniversary trip. We stayed at the hotel mostly and it was wonderful. It was also very clean and there were no bugs. The only negative is that we do not eat pork and the gravy had pork in it and the only option for meat was pork. Both mornings it was pork. It would be nice to have options for people who do not eat it. Other than that everything was beautiful and clean. We would stay here again.

Choices of GF food because my wife never gets the breakfast. No shuttle to the hotel for the main strip. Front desk didnt seem too friendly but thats my opinion. Didn't like people coming to breakfast in pajamas. Didn't like the hot tub being in another building with a different key. Otherwise the hotel was great. Enjoyed reading by the fire though the music level caused a distraction. Maybe lowering at certain times. My wife said hot chocolate would have been perfect

I loved the hotel. Clean. Well-kept. Pool was nice. The beds were terrible. In my opinion, they are worn out. My family of four all complained about the mattress and backs hurting from it.

Spacious, clean room. Very nice hotel with a beautiful Christmas display in the lobby. Very nice breakfast. The hotel is off the main road away from the chaos of Pigeon Forge, which was wonderful.
