There isn't enough awesome words to say about this place. We didnt have enough time to see everything it had to offer. My son was in awe from the inside scavenger hunt to the inside activities! There was something to do every move we made. You will never have to leave the hotel if you dont want to. The food was amazing. They have a candy store, gem mining, and a game room with a bowling alley. I will be back sooner than later. We have found our forever hotel.

The activities were wonderful for the kids. Even though there was a room for 6 with bunkbeds the room was small and cramped. Breakfast was not very good at all and expensive for what was served. In the other hand, I will give the shower pressure 5 stars!

I have waited one week to think about what a horrible experience our family had in this property. Check in was hectic, and rushed, there was no certificate as had been indicated upon making the reservation. There was hair in the bathtub, and the carpet smelled of mildew. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable; felt much like that of concrete. One of the most difficult aspects of this experience is that these were NOT inexpensive rooms, nor was it an inexpensive hotel. Please reconsider a hotel if you are booking in this area. After a 10:30am check-out, we were faced with a breakfast of cold food, and powdered eggs. The total price for breakfast for three people was over $75. This is price gouging at its finest.

We love Country Cascades,there is something for everyone here.The staff are always so friendly,Ty,Derrick,Daniel,Kelly( he’s always so nice to us)I forgot the girls names working in the gift shop but both of them were so nice to my kids(helping with the build a buddy,suggesting what to put on their bracelets.If you have kids of any age this is the place to stay
