Room was clean, bed was nice and comfy and overall a better experience then I had at both the Hilton in Florida and Marriott in Cleveland this year we’ve been to and definitely will be back the next time we come down here. The waterpark was a great addition and from our 7th floor room we had a great view of the smokies. Highly recommend

I was very disappointed in the Fitness center that opens at 9am with check out being 10am makes absolutely no sense. When I select a hotel a fitness center is required and I didn’t even get to use it and had to drive and pay for a day pass at a local facility.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! There was so much to do for families with amazing amenities alone, but we didn’t expect to have full itinerary for the kiddos - but boy did they go over the top in ensuring a fantastic stay! There isn't enough awesome words to say about this place. We didnt have enough time to see everything it had to offer. My son was in awe from the inside scavenger hunt to the inside activities! There was something to do every move we made. You will never have to leave the hotel if you dont want to. The food was amazing. They have a candy store, gem mining, and a game room with a bowling alley. I will be back sooner than later. We have found our forever hotel.
