Room was very clean and updated, the kids loved the bunk beds and separate area. Great views from the balcony. The water park area was fun! We all had a great time, only negative thing we encountered, was the indoor pool was cold!! The breakfast was great! The only activity we did was the dance party, which of course was a hit for little kids.

Great for kids of all ages

It was a great place to stay and the kids had so much fun. Lots of stuff to do as well. I would have rather checked out at 11 but didnt want to pay $50 for a late check out as check out was at 10am. We will stay here again tho.

Awesome!

We had the best time and cannot wait to stay here again. It was close to restaurants and had the perks of a resort. There was plenty of fun for all our girls ages 3,5,8!

Starting off, check-in was easy and the staff was great! The first night we got a pizza from the pizzeria which was overpriced for below average pizza. The waterpark is fun for all ages and convenient and our three kids had a lot of fun. We got ice cream from the ice cream shop inside the hotel and it was great. The cookie shop was okay and we weren’t impressed. Their breakfast was okay but we personally weren’t impressed. As far as our room goes, there’s no microwaves in the rooms, the microwaves are located in the halls by the vending machines. There’s also no coffee maker in the room. Theres a small spot to hang some clothes but no drawers to put clothes in or to conceal them. The bunks were cute and convenient for the kids but the tv that’s in the bunk room had a blue hue to it and seemed to be going out and we also found multiple spiders in our room during(we addressed this with them and they offered to exchange rooms but it was our last night there and we had a lot to pack up and get together just to pack it up again the next morning). Room service was there every morning to bring fresh towels and empty the trash. As far as other guest go, we could hear kids yelling and running down the halls late at night(not the hotels fault). I think there should be more hooks to hang things on. There was only one behind the door in the bathroom to hang a towel on and by the sink there wasn’t one to hang a hand towel on and we just had to leave the towels draped over the bathtub.

Unfortunately our room was not clean. The bathroom was awful the toilet hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was dust and grime on the walls and baseboard. Mirrors and spicket were covered with toothpaste for prior guests. The towels were stained. The carpet in the room had an odor. The mattress protector was not on the mattress and the mattress was hanging out. It looked very poorly maintained. We had housekeeping re clean the bathroom, they sent someone who didn’t speak English so we couldn’t communicate. The kids enjoyed the waterpark, but the rooms needed attention.

This place never disappoints! We were there with our teenage daughter and one of her friends. They had a blast. They played in the waterpark, arcade, and dance party. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean, nice and has excellent food options. This is our third visit and we’ll be back!

The pool was great but needs a couple more umbrellas for shade. Lots to do for the kids. My room bathroom was filthy. When we got there, there were hairs in the shower from previous guests. My granddaughter didn’t want to shower. There’s no cleaning service daily. Only a change out of towels and garbage. I wasn’t happy with that at all!

We have stayed here several times. This was our first time since the addition of the indoor pools and waterpark. Also, there were many activities that have been added. There was plenty today for our grandchildren. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was very clean. We will likelystay here again in the future.

Desk staff was not really friendly. Waterparks were great. One thing I suggest do a soft check in. Becausevat 4pm check in line was really long.
