This place was amazing. Very accommodating, had everything we needed and so much more. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen items making our stay feel like home. Next time we are in the area, we will stay here again.

Don’t wait! Book NOW!!!!

We can’t say enough about this cabin. This is our 5th year & the BEST cabin yet! None of us wanted to leave. Everything from the upstairs game room to the extra pool towels made our stay perfect. There were plenty of towels, pillows & blankets for everyone.At least 5 bear sightings.The owners were so helpful & took care of everything we needed. Don’t hesitate Book this cabin ASAPThe views!!! They can’t get any better!

Amazing vacation experience

We loved the vacation home and were perfect for my family. The game room was a dream for the kids in the family. We loved location and were perfectly located near downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views are beautiful and even though is in resort was quiet. The cabin was clean and fully stocked for you to be able to come in drop bags and have fun! Also loved how cabin was laid out and game room was smartly placed on top floor. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We plan to stay in cabin in future.

Wonderful place to stay if you have young kids or plan to bring a small dog!

Everything was as advertised. My family of 4 had a great time playing all the games upstairs. Views from the balconies were great too. Any questions we had were answered promptly by the host which was refreshing. We had our dog with us and at times it was difficult to let her do her "business" with the other people close by. She is a rescue and gets scared easily, no fault to the owners or hosts. We would definitely stay at Stargazer again!! Solid 4.7 out of 5.

Birthday Gathering

The home is in a great location! We choose the home for the setup of the bedrooms and the game room which had minor issues. Remotes was missing to fireplaces and a one of the fireplace came on ONLY (no blower or heat).Good heater are provided tho. All games worked but important pieces to play the game was not provided so the games could not be played. Overall a great place!

Stargazer cabin was absolutely beautiful and amazing

Very clean and ample space for everyone, absolutely made it an amazing vacation. I will definitely book with this property again! Absolutely loved it!!!

Management does not exist here 🙄

The house was nice! Dishes could have been cleaned little better but I don’t think the dishwasher works very well. My major issue was the fact that the management DOES NOT contact you back!! And there were no trash bins for the trash! On vacation and you have to take the trash to the dump! We’ll probably try a different host next year because we love our visits to Tennessee!!

We loved this cabin! Mu grandsons especially loved the gameroom. Plenty of room. The beds were amazing. Very nice amenities. The only negative would be no rocking chairs on porch and the swimming pool was too far to walk to. No major deals though. We had a great time!

Great stay

We had a great time at our cabin. We had a bear sighting off the back deck the first night! Kids, as well as the adult men, loved playing pool and the curling type game. The cabin was super clean and there were trees cut behidn the cabin to help with the mountain view. Communications with Lyla and Jill about our stay, including a local guide, check-in and out processes was great. Would stay again.

Family Spring Break

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! It was very spacious and comfortable for the entire family. The home catered to all from newborns to adults. The location was great and close to the strip, outdoor adventures and attractions. The host was very prompt and available with communication. Check in and out was easy. The only complaint was cleanliness of the home. It appeared to be more surface clean the deep clean. Ex. toilet had paper covered with the appearance it have been cleaned, but it had an obvious black ring in the toilet and sewage odor. The cabinets and walls had obvious spots and residue that did not appear to be cleaned or wiped. The pull out bed upstairs had crumbs and other particles on it when it was opened up to prepare for sleeping. There were a few other things that did not seem cleaned properly. I shared this with the host and they immediately let me know this will be addressed with the cleaners. Otherwise our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed ourselves.

Not as expected

First, internet didn’t work for the entire time! The network was showing and connecting but no internet access, you can imagine having 3 kids with no tv and tablets for 2 days. Communication with the owner was not helpful, between “you need to reboot” (which was not funny after 10 times) and “call this number for tech support” (really? I’m the guest! And tech support never answered….) to “technician is on the way” (never came) and “satellite issues”….. of course no compensation offered!! Second, the cabin was on, just ok. A lot of the gaming stuff were broken and missing parts, arcade didn’t work! Kitchen tools saw better days, no real comfortable porch seating options, the sign shows at the pictures didn’t work…. A lot of small things that made it just ok - far from the high rating and high price. I’m visiting this area with my family 3 times a year, always stay in a cabin and this one was a big disappointment for us. Not recommended.

Don’t wait Book now!!!

When I say this cabin was amazing!!! It is definitely like the pics!!!! The place was clean top to bottom!!! The kids definitely enjoyed the top floor game room!!! The views are pretty good as well!! I love the fireplaces in each room and the beds were super comfortable!!!!!! The host were great and I love that they have a link they send you with all of their suggestions and tips!!! Word of caution though! Do not take your trash down to the compacter at night!!! That’s when the Bears come out!!!! We seen one!! I highly suggest staying here it’s literally a 7 minute drive to Anakeesta and all the things Gatlinburg has to offer!!!!! I will definitely be renting this cabin again!!!

A Great Retreat for Multiple Couples

The place was great and provided everything we needed. While it would not have deterred us from staying here, it might be helpful to indicate one of the 4 bathrooms is a jack and jill between two bedrooms. The description says each bedroom has an attached bathroom. But that was an inconvenience we had to work out between two couples to avoid problems. But we DEFINITELY recommend these hosts.

Won't go back.

We had a great and easy check in process. Once we got there of course we looked around the property. There was trash on the porches and looked as tho it had not been cleaned. One of the pictures outside was broken and just laying on the table. I contacted the property manager via inbox on VRBO. To let her know that the items were broken so she would know we weren't responsible. She did apologize for the cleaning to not be done that they were short staffed. We got ready to play the games and shuffle board had no sand on it. The pucks were broken so it was hard to use them as well. So the guys wanted to play pool. There was no pool chalk and not a rack for 8 ball only 9 ball. I contacted the manager again and after 1.5 days she responded that she was sorry they must be out of the sand. So two of the games we had to go purchase the supplies to use them. The light up sign that is pictured, my daughters wanted to take a picture in front of it and it wouldn't come on. She notified me that it was broke. We checked out, got home and realized that my husband forgot his hang up shirts in the closet. I contacted her via inbox again. She said that she would check with the cleaning crew. It's been 5 days since I messaged her and 17 days since check out and I've not heard a word. I messaged her numerous times. The game room is on the top floor and its very loud even walking up and down the stairs much less playing a game. I would not recommend this place due to the lack of communication.

21st Birthday Celebration

This cabin/resort community is awesome! The cabin is as beautiful as pictured, and so cozy and inviting. We arrived to a special balloon bouquet and cupcakes for the birthday girl... which was beyond thoughtful and added a personal touch! The power was out on arrival due to a wind storm earlier in the day, and we spent about an hour just settling in... in the dark. Haha. Once the power was back on... the internet was basically dead... which was a fight the rest of the stay getting it to stay working. The owners were a great help in contacting the right people to come look at it... but the wind made it impossible to keep everything up and running. So, unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy all of the Alexa features. HOWEVER, despite all this, there was so much to do. The game room is loaded, the hot tub is amazing, and there are so many cozy areas to curl up with a good book. The beds are also like little slices of Heaven, and enough soft blankets to keep everyone warm throughout the entire cabin. If that isn't enough to keep you warm, the fireplaces in nearly every room will do the trick. The hills aren't too steep which is a plus if winter weather moves in. It shows space for two cars to park, but we easily fit 3, as well as, the neighbors 3 cars! The Christmas tree was still up, which made us so happy... and the Stargazer picture wall was perfect for a photo shoot! The view of the stars from the hot tub capped off the perfect celebration weekend for our daughter!

Would Visit Again!

We had no issues with the property. It looked as advertised. I would recommend to other travels. The only issue is that the place was a little dusty with a few webs. As long as the cleaners address that everything will be perfect.
