Oven was broke - grill not working- bed room door doesn’t closed- not safe out yard has no door on the stairs to protect form bears.
When I go on vacation, I plan everything carefully to fully enjoy it based on the amenities provided at the resort. One of the available amenities was the outdoor gas grill. I purchased meat, chicken, fish, and the necessary spices accordingly. However, I was surprised to find that the grill wasn’t working.
I read the instructions on the grill and followed them precisely, but the result was the same. I called customer service and explained the issue. It was clear that the built-in igniter was not functioning.
I ended up going out to eat that evening and postponed the grilling to the next day. Later, I received a message on my phone saying that the issue had been resolved. When I returned, I found a note stating that there was no problem and that I simply needed to turn on the timer — as if I can’t read or as if I came from another planet!
I called customer service again, and the representative was extremely rude. She didn’t even try to listen to what I had to say. She raised her voice at me and rudely said, “Just follow the instructions. We will not send anyone — the grill works.”

I ended up wasting the meat, chicken, and fish I had purchased, and a portion of my vacation was ruined. My whole plan was disrupted!
