We booked this condo for the location being in downtown Gatlinburg. The unit had everything we needed and more. The unit was decorated so nice and was so welcoming. Having three bedrooms each with king size beds and full bathrooms with heated floors was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. The screened in porch was so pretty and lit up. The fireplace was wonderful and I liked that it was on different timers. Kitchen was fully stocked. Having our own carport for the unit was wonderful as well. It was so easy getting in and out of unit. Our host, Charles, was wonderful to work with as he communicated throughout the entire process from initial booking, checkin and checkout. Our overall experience for this unit was wonderful and we will definitely stay here again in future. We appreciate having the opportunity to book this condo.

Condo was very clean, great location to everything! Decorated cute!! Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. (I just Wish there was a crockpot in the kitchen as I forgot mine, to make crockpot hot chocolate for the parade.) We will definitely stay here again vs staying in a hotel along the strip in Gatlinburg!! Thank you for a very nice place to relax!

This is a very nice property. It's not perfect. Water pressure is low and hot water was not great. Just hot enough its not scalding. Had a few small issues but they did take care of them. Great walking distance to downtown or you can take the free shuttle. Three stories of stairs was ok, but I'm older and it can be tough. Parking is OK but you do park and block your second car in. Saw bears every day, but one came by our door every day. Cute but scared me the first time. Laundry was nice. I would stay again.

Cozy cabin, perfect location

This place was absolutely wonderful! It was exactly as pictured on the listing. Our kids loved the balcony and having a pool. Walkable to downtown Gatlinburg made this the perfect location.
