Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed! Very nice!Very clean and cozy! Decorated very nice for Christmas!Host was very accommodating and quick to reply!Air conditioning not so good......was unseasonably warm for December and the air did not work/cool off the condo at all! Walking distance to everything....well was a hike to main street I will be honest! Over all was a great place to stay for a family holiday get away!

We had a few hicups with our stay however the host was extremely responsive and even offered a discount for future stay or a partial refund. I would definitely stay again even with the few hiccups. It is a little bit of a walk to things but definitely doable. Took less than 10 minutes to get to Ankeesta and the aquarium.

The accommodations were clean and it was a great location with many attractions nearby. The host was responsive to requests despite it being a holiday. For example, recent weather changes necessitated some adjustments to the home’s temperature, and every effort was made to ensure our comfort.

Pleasantly surprised at walk ability to downtown! Thoroughly enjoyed the property and surrounding area. Nicely decorated for Christmas. We stayed over thanksgiving holiday and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

This rental was perfect for our friends getaway! Trolley is a block away and also within walking distance (within a mile or less) to most all of the attractions...we used the trolley most of the time. Thermostats on each level (zoned heating/cooling) was nice. Good variety of kitchen utensils, pots, dishes, etc. We were able to sit out on the deck/porch one evening. Parking was sufficient for our 3 vehicles. VRBO was clean, good water pressure for taking showers at the same time and plenty of sitting room for the 6 of us (adults). Would definitely stay again if we return to Gatlinburg.

We liked the rustic decor of cabin, the electric fireplace, and king beds. It’s in great walking proximity to The Village, Anakeesta and Ripley’s Aquarium! It would be nice if the unit provided shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms as well as salt/pepper in kitchen.We would definitely stay here again.
