Relax in a modern apartment with a lakefront pool, perfect for those who dream of a vacation surrounded by nature, comfort and unique views. Thanks to the two bedrooms and the sofa bed, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for families and groups of friends who want to experience the territory of Lake Como with tranquility and space.
The apartment is on two levels. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with open kitchen, dining area and living room, a welcoming space designed to share moments together after a day spent on the lake, walks and visits to the surroundings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the essential accessories to feel at home. There is a dining table for 4 people and an extendable table for larger groups.
On the main floor there is also a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers and a full bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.
Going down an internal staircase you reach the lower floor, where there is a second bedroom with two single beds and two wardrobes. Here there is also a second bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Attention: the second bathroom does not have a toilet or bidet.
The real strength of the house are the two private gardens located on the sides of the apartment. One, accessible directly from the master bedroom, offers a quiet green space where you can read a book, relax or enjoy the sun. The second, connected to the living area, is furnished with an outdoor table for slow breakfasts, outdoor lunches or pleasant summer evenings.
From this garden there is direct access to the communal pool, open during the summer season. The pool overlooks the lake and offers an open view of the lake and the surrounding mountains: a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Sun loungers are also available for guests.
The apartment is located in Garlate, a quiet town overlooking Lake Garlate, naturally connected to Lake Como. The area offers a relaxed atmosphere, lakefront walks and beautiful views between water and mountains. The house is located on the first line of the lake, directly along a pleasant cycle path that runs along the water and allows you to reach Lecco in about an hour on foot or by bike.
Lecco is only about 10 minutes away by car and is well connected by trains and boats to discover the other places on the lake. Public bus service is also available. The location is also particularly strategic for those traveling by car, thanks to its proximity to the main connections to Lake Como, Valsassina, Milan and Bergamo.
An ideal base for alternating days of relaxation by the pool, nature excursions and discovering the most beautiful landscapes in the area.

City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season

Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.
🏊 Rules for using the condominium pool
To ensure the safety and respect of all residents, we ask you to observe the following rules when using the pool.
Hours of use

The pool is generally open from June to September, unless otherwise notified by the Condominium.
Guests can use the pool every day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m .

Access to the pool

Access is allowed only to registered guests of the apartment.

Childrens

Minors must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
The pool is not supervised by rescue personnel.

Rules of conduct

It is mandatory to shower before entering the water.
Diving is prohibited, as the pool has a shallow depth.
Respectful and civil behavior is recommended.
Screams, cackles, or behavior that might disturb other residents are not allowed.
Loud music is not allowed.

Sun loungers and umbrellas

Use only the beds assigned to the apartment (two in total).
Any personal equipment (chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, etc.) must be removed at the end of the day.

Safety

It is absolutely forbidden to access or tamper with the pool's technical systems.
After the passage, make sure that the access gates to the pool are always tightly closed.

Responsibility

Each guest is responsible for their behavior and for any damage caused to people, property or condominium facilities.
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the limitation of the use of the pool and the charging of any penalties or damages applied by the Condominium.
