The hotel is situated as you enter Gardiner so a little way from the entrance. This felt more like a motel than a hotel, our room was very average, unfortunately located right next to the laundry on the ground floor, looking over the car park, so really noisy. The room was barely serviced during our 3 night stay, tissues ran out and bed was not made (we did this ourselves). No breakfast is provided, but there is a very average bar next door that did breakfast. The only redeeming thing about this hotel was free use of the laundry.

Would recommend! Clean room, comfortable bed, hotel was along the river and had some cool (view) room options. Offered free refillable water bottles and smores kits! Had a couple restaurants within walking distance! Pool and game room as well!

The property was in a beautiful location along the Yellowstone River. There was seating along the river, as well as a fire pit near the lobby. When it was raining, we enjoyed the game room and a swim in the indoor pool. Each morning and evening you could always find elk roaming around. I would stay here again.

The cabin was dirty. Stains on the carpet. The worst was urine stains on the toilet and excrement on the wall! Why do hotels think it’s ok to charge you then charge you again when you arrive? $15 for an “amenity” fee. For what? They don’t even have any amenities! Don’t believe the pictures or the hype. Like a bad dating profile, they are nothing like their pictures. This is 1 star hotel and the only reason to stay here is if it’s your absolutely only choice. The “views “ are mostly of the parking lot and dumpster. The amenities consist of a few beach chairs around a fire pit. We had a cabin. I felt bad for those who had to stay in a room. The elk are allowed to roam the property. The excrement is everywhere. Apparently they are also dangerous and will attack you if you get too close. So you have to wait for them to leave so you can get to your room. The employees of the restaurant are allowed to party around the fire pit in front of the cabins. They were drinking and shouting. Having a great time which is fine but unprofessional and not family friendly. Good luck if you decide to stay here. Unless you get it for free or dirt cheap it’s a horrible choice.
