I asked the girl at front desk for a cup for tea because they had all run out but she said hold on and then never moved to get the cup so I just left. It was rude and I’m sure she’ll make up a cake excuse as to why she couldn’t just go grab the cup.

We were placed in a room with a shower that had not been working for a long time. It was basically torn out of the wall, it did not just break on me. It was way broken. The personnel knew full well they were placing me in a room with a broken shower. The receptionist claimed the hotel was fully booked (not true). After I threatened litigation and reaching out to investor relations, I was finally given another room. What's worse, this was a handicap acessible room. What if I were a handicapped person? What if I could not stand for myself? What if I did not check the shower right away? Awful.
