Enjoy a wonderful family vacation on the Bolivar Peninsula while staying in this beautifully decorated beach cabin! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 10. TVs in all the bedrooms. Streaming TV and high speed internet (WIFI). Located on the second street, and short walking distance to beach access via Boyt Rd. Quiet family-friendly neighborhood, ocean view and full of amenities.

Helpful information:
• Sleeps 10 in beds
• Kitchen includes: Cookware, Cookie Sheets, serving bowls/trays, knives and cutting boards, Silverware, Plastic/glass dishes and glasses, Wine glasses, Coffee mugs, Coffee Pot (regular drip), Toaster, Microwave.
• All household linens included with rental. Linens included: sheets, pillows, quilts, kitchen towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, beach towels

Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:

• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, I will refund:
• Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
• Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted;
• Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

BEACH PARKING PERMIT: Bolivar Peninsula requires a $10 permit to park your vehicle on the beach. It is a one-time fee and is good for the entire year. You can purchase this at the Big Store, the Valero, or from the local issuing authority when they are driving along the beach.

GOLF CARTS: Though not required, having a golf cart can be very convenient for shuttling back and forth to the beach and “cruising” on the beach. (You can also use your car/truck). Family vacation

This house is a beautiful property and it’s just a short walk to the beach! We had 6 adults and 4 children and were very comfortable with the space and amenities. Our host was prompt with all my questions prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to getaway and be close to the beach with or without family in tow

Great Stay!

Our stay was perfect. It’s a great location. One morning we drove a short drive to get on the ferry and had lunch in Galveston. Kids loved it! Easy to walk to the beach but we rented a golf cart and loved it. We really enjoyed the swings the house had. We would relax down there every evening after the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

This is a great location for everything! We enjoyed the beach view, and the very short drive to the Ferry. We drove each day to the Ferry to go into the City of Galveston (so much better than staying in the city). We had a 1 and 2 year old with us so we did have to move the decorations out of reach but 10/10 recommend. Also a added note (if you have kids) the Master closet is big enough for a pack n play which was a game changer!

Yearly Beach Cabin

This was the 7th year in a row me and 5 of my childhood friends all met up to watch the opening weekend of the NFL. Hands down of the 7 cabins, this has by far been the most clean, organized, most accommodationing, and up to date cabin we have stayed in. Very new feel with everything from the bathrooms, washer and dryer, kitchen counter, living room, and of course all the bedrooms. TV was provided which was a huge plus. Also, everyone agreed that all the beds were very comfortable. The host was super easy to communicate with and even allowed a early check-in. Hope this property continues to stay available, as we would definitely re-book here.

The most loveliest of stays!!

This was my family's first experience renting a beach house.. and honestly, you just never know. We were AMAZED at how clean this place was. That's how I judge a place. The aesthetic of the home, the layout, the close proximity to the beach (without the mosquitos that stay close to the dunes).. all of it was just lovely! Everything we needed was available. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen and on the grill. The beds were so comfortable! The host allowed us in a tad bit earlier which was HUGE! We were able to go in, get organized and head to the beach. We have found the home we want to visit yearly. 10/10 would recommend!!

My sister-in-law and I stayed in this home to recharge our batteries, read, browse the island, and catch up. The beds are awesome. We both said the same thing, that we slept so well. We leave today fully rested and a little sad our stay is over. The furnishings are excellent. We really enjoyed ourselves.

18th Beach Trip

Really nice property, our 2nd year to rent with our family of 6. Close to the beach, we rent a golf cart. The home is beautifully decorated inside, the deck and downstairs. We used grill downstairs. You will be pleased with this property.

This property was perfect. Very close to the beach for our new "driver" to actually drive on the beach. The beach was about a 4 minute walk from the property. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed that we didn't bring with us. I will definately book and refer this property for future use.

Beautiful home!

We go to crystal beach every year and this house is easily the nicest home we’ve stayed at. Awesome location, beautiful on the inside and extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable which is a huge plus! Easy access to the beach, awesome decking around the house and the owners are very fast to respond about questions. I will book this home from now on every time we go to crystal beach! I highly recommend this Home to stay at if you visit crystal beach.

Beautiful house!

This house was so clean and the beds were so comfy! They have pretty much everything you’d need to use in the kitchen to cook with. It’s about a 4 minute walk to the beach, although we could have walked we have kids and a bunch of stuff to load up so we rented a golf cart! Highly recommend doing that… we had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back again!

Home away from home-Beach edition

This home is beautiful! It has a wonderful layout with gorgeous furnishings and decor. Our family was very comfortable here. As we read in other reviews, the beds and linens were super comfortable. We liked the fact the queen beds were solidly built and so were the bunk beds. No rickety metal in this house. The kitchen was a dream to work in and we like to cook. We wished there was a griddle for pancakes but we made due with the large pan. The large master suite was great for my folks and as it’s tucked away behind the kitchen gave a lot of privacy. Our kids loved the swing and the deck that went all the way around. This house is close to the beach but we were really glad that we rented a golf cart to haul our canopies and chairs down to the beach and also for cruising the beach and neighborhood. The only thing this house doesn’t have is a great view but you still get the ocean breeze on the upper deck. We just loved this house. So clean, so calm, so perfect!
