After renting many homes for the past 20 years through VRBO, this home was a most disappointing choice. This vacation rental did not offer a relaxing home experience but more disappointing was the condition of the pool--it was totally unusable, only half full and not maintained. We feel the home was misrepresented in the pictures and the description. It definitely needs updated and deep cleaned. The property managers responded promptly and for that we are grateful.

The house was on a very quiet part of the beach with great access from the private boardwalk. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 12 a young infant. It was great to have the 3 car garage for our use as well as a washer and dryer. We made wonderful family memories. ( it was too cool to use the pool but would have been nice).

Beautiful stay, on the beach. Really can’t beat it. Did have some issues with the dishwasher and dryer not working so had to hand wash the dishes and come home with a bag full of wet clothes sadly. Large area of sewer is standing between the two houses which smells awful but that isn’t the owner of the houses fault. Over all would come back, would just hope the dryer and dishwasher would be fixed! Also love that it is pet friendly.

Beach towels would be nice. The showers upstairs both leak onto the floor even if door is closed. The place is tired and needs to be throughly cleaned. Many items were broken or damaged which left a poor impression. For how it was pictured it did not meet the same standards as we expected. I would not have booked this unit had I known of the maintenance needs.

I would not stay at this cabin again, but I want to be fair and point out the good and the bad.Good: Bathrooms were clean! View was great! Host was responsive.Bad: A lot of maintenance issues, whistling window that wouldn't close all the way, breaker tripped multiple times in living room, outlet not working in hall bath.Just good to know: the downstairs bunk room was not designed for adults, the toilet and the mattresses are meant for children. And when they say parking for 6 cars, it is literally for 6 cars, not trucks, the parking is very tight.

We loved the location of the house, it’s exactly what we hoped for. We spent majority of our time outside, pool, grill, the direct access to the beach was perfect. Would give them a 5 star review but the breaker in the living room kept going off.

There is not enough good to overcome the horrible rodent issue. The owner and management company should take this property off the market. There was mouse and rat droppings and urine on the main floor every morning. There was rat droppings on the dining table and kitchen counters! They ruined all the fruit we brought. We did not have the stomach to cook at the house or eat off that the table. The rats ruined all the fruit we brought. We ate every meal out. There was trash at the street when we arrived and it was still there when we left (5) days later. Our one bag of trash was put in a container on the property.

Beach access was great. We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit. The layout of the house was good. The cookware was not in great shape and we could have used a few more skillets. The most annoying thing was the property management. I received many messages trying to upsell beach equipment, golf carts, and extra days of rental. I won't choose it again because of their nagging and not accepting OneKey cash.

Location was everything on this rental! Beautiful location overlooking the beach and just a short walk away from the shore which was perfect for our family, where we spent most of the days. That being said, amenities were far below par in the home, and the entire home lacked attention to detail. The home is beautiful, but when you get down and start to use things, you realize everything is barely hanging on, loose shower faucet handles, room door handles falling off. Master bathroom leaks water under the shower door. Some of the finish nails stick out on top of the stairs, so they stab your foot if barefoot. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms, broken blinds all over the home, and stains on some of the sheets. One of the bathrooms downstairs is so badly placed that you cannot even sit correctly on the toilet but have to use it while sitting completely sideways. Pool looks dingy and has a large crater in the middle that seems to be patched up. We also found 3 giant roaches during the stay, with one waking up my wife at night as it crawled on her face. All that being said, we still had an amazing time, and our family made the best of the stay.

Property location is absolutely beautiful! The beach was so pretty and beach access was great. Cons: the minute we walked in we could tell the floors had not been swept & house was not in a clean shape. There were dead roaches on the floor and live ones running in & out of the kitchen cabinets. There is black mold in one of the bedroom closets & all of guests were sick starting Saturday afternoon until now. The freezer ice making was taped with medical tape and kept getting caught when we’d open the freezer. It would take 1 person to hold the broken shelf up while another person opened the freezer. The fireplace leaked water as soon as it started raining Sunday morning. I contacted the company as soon as we checked out & let them know about all of these concerns but I have not heard back. Very disappointing

We had a family Labor Day stay. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Definitely enough beds. The beach was so accessible and you could see from the house everything going on at beach. Having a private beach was amazing. Communications w host was excellent. The kitchen is small and a little dated. Could have a better cleaning in cabinets and drawers.

We were very satisfied with this property. It was a family trip and everyone had their own room with restroom and it accommodated everyone. Having the pool was a plus! We will definitely be staying here in the fortune.

Family trip

This property worked so well for our family. We had the absolute best time! The house is well stocked with everything we needed and they even have beach items to use during your stay. The highlight for our little kids was definitely the pool! It was so nice after beaching to come and shower off and hop in… even the people staying next door asked us questions about the house because they were so jealous about the pool. It was a a great house, perfect for our family vacation! We will definitely be staying again in the future!!!
