Located on a second floor, this peaceful retreat offers a nice and well-appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The chef of the group can easily work their magic on the fully-equipped kitchen while still being part of the conversation happening in the living room. The kitchen is complete with modern, stainless steel appliances and all the pans, pots, utensils, and silverware needed. It even features a double oven and a coffee maker for coffee with both pod and carafe capabilities! When is time to relax, gather around the flatscreen Smart TV, or head downstairs to your private patio. The patio offers a nice, shaded spot to unwind with a nice seating area, a gas grill, an outdoor dining area, a wood swing, and even an outdoor shower that is perfect to rinse off the sand. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this air-conditioned home is just ideal for your next family vacay.NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED.

4 hour delay in check in, house filthy. Dinner comped by Manager.She also came to get tv's to work, never found 1 remote, main tv sound unmanageable. Pool availability, not clear in very small print. So far no compensation offered after the long drive and waiting until 8 pm to finally get situated. EXHAUSTED. Dirty house photos

Great location

We stayed in this house for the entire month of Nune, so we got to know the house and area very well. Pros:Super cleanWell stockedLocation can’t be beatCons:If it rains, water stands for days and days. Mosquito haven. Bring OFF. If you have dogs, and it rains, they WILL get muddy. Be prepared. Very nice neighbors. Was not made aware that you have to buy a pool pass. They are 100 weekly. This place is cute, clean and cozy. The marina and the beach access are literally less than a 2 minute golf cart ride. Bunk beds ARE hard as a rock. Kids don’t careOther beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very Clean, Great for Families

The property is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was fully stocked, has a Keurig, waffle maker, and a slow cooker. Plenty of plates, cups, silverware. The pups enjoyed the backyard, and we enjoyed sitting out there even in the afternoons. Beach access isn't far. Cons: It IS a bit of a drive if you have stuff going on in Galveston, but that had nothing to do with the actual house. It made going to the beach nice as the crowds were significantly less. While most things were well stocked, it was a little odd to us to only have one towel / washrag per person in the house. Be sure you take extras unless you plan to be consistently doing laundry. You will also need your beach towels. None of these items were huge issues, it's just nice to know to be prepared.

Great Getaway
