Major Safety & Misrepresentation WarningThe Bottom Line: This property is structurally unsafe, inaccurately described, and poorly managed. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.1. Critical Safety & Structural Issues• Split Layout: The two living areas are not connected indoors. You must walk outside and around the house to move between floors—a major safety risk for families with children.• Floor Damage: Upper-level floors are "wavy" & uneven with visible holes,the lower level has no floor just concrete• Health Hazards: Visible mold in the showers, a pervasive mildew odor could be black mold? There’s a dehumidifier for moisture & we found multiple cockroach’s.2. False Advertising• Missing Amenities: The advertised King bed was not on-site. • Poor Maintenance: Sofas were covered in pet hair, & 1 vent was blocked with a trash bag. 3.Management & Communication:The lack of urgency from the host was appalling. I reached out immediately upon check-in, yet it took nearly two days to receive a response despite repeated follow-ups. When management finally called on Thursday (the day before our scheduled departure), they issued an ultimatum: vacate the property immediately to receive a full refund, or receive only a partial refund. This forced us to spend the final day of our vacation frantically packing and searching for last-minute accommodations.The uncertainty & lack of professional accountability ruined our trip. I strongly advise against booking.
