Casa Martilde, is a delightful country house, completely in harmony with its land. The house is located in the countryside between Galatone and Santa Maria al Bagno, and about 7 km from Gallipoli and 5 km from Porto Selvaggio and 4 km from Santa Maria al Bagno. Optimal position to reach all the various marinas and the localities of the Salento hinterland. You will simply be delighted by the peace and tranquility that Casa Martilde offers its guests, unique scents and colors will deeply mark your senses. The house consists of 2 large double bedrooms, of which Martina room with ensuite bathroom, air-conditioned, air-conditioned living room and kitchen and bathroom, 2 shaded external verandas one to the east and the other to the west complete with tables and chairs, a particular solarium of about 30 square meters obtained in a portion of a quarry with 4 solarium beds, a prive always obtained in another quarry with rocking sofas to spend the evening relaxing hours, barbecue, outdoor shower, large exclusive parking and places shaded cars, over 3000 square meters of garden, equipped with new fixtures complete with mosquito nets, alarm system. We also have a vegetable garden where you can pick vegetables and vegetables present in season. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and dishes. In the photo section and at the bottom of the page you will find a link with a beautiful music video and wonderful images of Salento. Welcome basket on arrival with typical local products. Belle maison au calme.

Terra e mare

Gianluca, il proprietario, ci ha accolti col tipico sorriso e calore pugliesi. Ci ha indicato le bellezze del luogo, e i ristoranti dove mangiare. La casa è come nelle fotografie, immersa nel verde e nella bella campagna salentina , ma comunque a pocha distanza dal mare ,dalle strade di comunicazione e dal paese.

Wij hebben een fijne week gehad in Casa Martilde. Gezellig huis met een grote tuin en heerlijk zwembadje. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep soepel. Hij informeerde regelmatig of alles naar wens was. Locatie dichtbij gezellige plaatsjes.

Eine wunderschöne erholsame Woche

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus (mit zwei angenehm kühlen Schlafzimmern im Souterrain) mit 2 Veranden, Swimmingpool und großzügigem abwechslungsreichen Anwesen - in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. 2 Katzen haben uns morgens begrüßt. Der Besitzer Gianluca ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten und viele schöne Orte des Salento gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sowohl in Galatone als auch Nardò gegeben.

Casa Martilde

Wer Ruhe sucht ist in der Casa Martilde genau richtig. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand sind schnell erreichbar. Das Grundstück ist wirklich ruhig gelegen und hat viele kleine Oasen, insbesondere der neu angelegte Pool. Gianluca ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, total hilfbereit und aufmerksam. Grazie mille Gianluca per I'ottimo momento, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Traumhaftes Kleinod in der Natur

Gianluca hat hier erstaunliches umgesetzt. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft schön! Die Schlafbereiche sind schön kühl, auch bei über 30° Außentemperatur. Das Haus ist schöner und besser ausgestattet als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf diesem traumhaften Anwesen und werden wieder kommen. Gianluca ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hatte sogar einen Freund mitgebracht der ins englische übersetzt hatte. Aber auch so ist Gianluca immer über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Vielen Dank Gianluca!

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.Das Haus und Grundstück liegt in einer traumhaften ruhigen lange.Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Der Außen Bereich ist wunderschön mit vielen kleinen gemütlichen Ecken.Der Vermieter ist ein ganz lieber hilfsbereiter Mensch.Wir haben alles bekommen was wir brauchten.Danke dafür 😊😘Das Meer liegt drei Kilometer entfernt.Sehr zentrale Lage.Es war ein wunderschöner Platz um den Urlaub genießen zu können.Kommen gerne wieder🤗

Wunderbare Ruhe im Olivenhain

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame sonnige Woche Ende Oktober. Da es nicht einfach zu finden ist, wurden wir von Paolo im nächsten Ort abgeholt und bekamen gleich ein Glas selbstgemachten Honig geschenkt! Toll! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderbar und es gibt für jeden Sonnenstand die richtige Sitzecke. Man ist schnell am Meer und abends sind wir meist ins ca. 4 Kilometer entfernete und bezaubernde Nardò gefahren, wo es tolle Restaurants gibt.

Esperienza fantastica

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti presso Casa Martilde, nelle due settimane centrali di Agosto. La casa è esattamente come viene illustrata nella descrizione. I principali punti di forza sono risultati essere la posizione strategica (ottima per visitare il Salento e le sue splendide spiagge), gli spazi esterni che la caratterizzano ed il contesto naturalistico nella quale è ubicata (relax e tranquillità sono assicurati). La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata, le camere sono spaziose ed i bagni completi di tutto. Anche la pulizia degli ambienti è risultata ottima. Il valore aggiunto della nostra fantastica esperienza è stata la serietà, gentilezza ed estrema disponibilità dei proprietari. Gianluca, suo padre Benito e tutta la sua famiglia li porteremo per sempre nel cuore per tutto quello che hanno fatto per noi nel corso del soggiorno. Persone come loro rendono onore alla Puglia ed all'ospitalità pugliese. Speriamo di tornarci presto!!! CONSIGLIASSIMO

Maison très agréable au calme complet

Maison placée en pleine campagne, au calme complet, permettant de profiter au maximum de son extérieur que ce soit au soleil ou à l'ombre (plusieurs terrasses, couvertes ou non). Maison fonctionnelle où rien ne nous a manqué. La localisation est très bien pour rayonner dans le Salento. Très bon accueil.

Maison agréable et accueil parfait

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très propre et très pratique. Le jardin et les extérieurs sont particulièrement beaux et agréable. C'est parfait pour de longs repas en famille et se reposer tout en étant à proximité de Gallipoli et de toutes les villes de la région. Surtout l'accueil a vraiment été parfait et tout a été fait pour nous aider.
