Toller Aufenthalt in Gainesville mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben sehr sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll waren auch die vielen Extras, wie Kaffee, heiße Schokolade, Gewürze, Wasser und Duschgel, Shampoo, etc. Die University of Florida ist fußläufig in 15-20 min erreichbar. Der einzige negative Punkt war der Verkehrslärm, weil das Haus an 2 Hauptstraßen liegt. Das war bei der Buchung leider nicht erkennbar.

This house is a gem!

Our family of 6 stayed in this charming house over Halloween and the day after. The property is in a perfect location, close to the University, Publix, and many restaurants. It was immaculate on arrival, everything was spotless. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and nice linens. The bathrooms, too, were spacious with lots of towels (in our experience mane vacation rentals do not have rnoiough. The kitchen was stocked with granola bars, chips, and everything you need to make coffee. But the absolute standouts of this house was the charming decor and the outdoor area/yard. Our grandkids played out in the yard for hours. We loved this house and hope to return. Thank you so much!

Great home!

We had a great stay! We are a small company based in Atlanta and were in town for work and really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is well stocked for extended stays, plenty of space for us to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. I would stay here again.

Family weekend

Gainesville is the half-way point between my family in north Florida and south Florida; 4 of us (ages 40-80) met at the house for a weekend visit. The house was much nicer than expected and was a good choice for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large enough for us to have plenty of personal space. The charging station in the living room was very convenient. We especially liked the dining room that looks out on the back patio & landscape, we spent a lot of time around the table talking, laughing, playing cards, and of course dining.

Exceptional stay!

This property is truly one of the best I have stayed at. The house is beautiful and bigger than it may look. It has everything you can think of needing Myself and other guests all agreed the house was cozy and comfortable to stay in. Not to mention it is close to everything you can need. Definitely booking here again next time I am in town!

Cool house close to campus

This is a great older house on the north side of campus. While it is on a busy road, you cannot hear the traffic from the home. It was a great home-base for a weekend of campus events.

Perfect Gator weekend

Cute and comfortable home within walking distance to campus. Enjoyed a long family weekend with daughter, her roommate and her family. Plenty of space and amenities for family and friends for dinner after the football game. Would definitely book again the next time we’re in town!

Perfect stay and location

This home is a great find. The location is perfect for a campus visit and walk midtown. Close to everything and we loved the outdoor space ! Great added touches Lights outside and couches for lounging and reading A charging station for phones etc Down to dispensers in bathroom for shampoo etc Great place, we will be back!!

UF college visit

We rented for a few days to visit the UGLF campus for our daughter. Location and 8 blocks to campus and food was wonderful. The house layout and decor is basic but worked fine for how we needed it to and was reflected in the price per night. Check-in was seamless through VRBO and Evolve. Highly recommend as a base for being out and about in Gainesville!

Great Location

First off, that s was very easy to book and any question I had was responded to very quickly. I stayed there with two if my brothers and one of my sister's. Each of the guys took a room & my sister and I shared a room. Spacious bedrooms. Two great bathrooms with a walk-in shower in each. We had my niece and her boyfriend over to visit one evening. Plenty of room in the living room to sit comfortably and visit. We loved the area outback that overlooks the patio. We sat out there each morning and had our doughnuts and coffee! Great Location close to the hustle & bustle of Gainesville! We would definitely stay there again

Wonderful older home with a beautiful outdoor space!

Great older home with all the modern conveniences. Central location close to university. Excellent if you enjoy spending time outside.
