清掃がされていない。ホコリや前の人のゴミや髪の毛や使用済みの綿棒が落ちていたり、トイレが不潔な感じがする。タバコの吸い殻も窓のカーテンの中にありとにかく清掃がされていない気がして残念でした。レビューにも書いてあったから、改善しているのかと思ってたら変わらずであり、残念。立地と利便性だけはよい

오후비행기라 저녁7시 조금 넘어서 도착했는데 방이 일반 사우나보다도 덥고 에어컨을 틀어도 새벽까지 시원하지가 않았습니다.방이작고 이런부분은 일본어디에도 다비슷하기에 그러려니 했지만 한여름에 더위와 싸워야하는 부분이 제일 힘들었음

お風呂清掃がいきとどいていませんでした。 2泊しましたがアメニティ交換がなくタオルがなく困りました。清掃に入らないのであれば2泊分タオル補充があればよかったです。

4人家族で2泊宿泊。便利な場所でリーズナブルに泊まれたので満足できました。2段ベッドの広さも十分。それぞれのベッドにコンセントがあり、wifiはQRコードですぐ接続可。快適でしたが、床はコンクリートではなく歩くと下に響くかと心配な感じ。ドア外の人の話し声や歩く音などが普通のホテルより筒抜けでよく聞こえます。 2日目にシャワーのお湯が出ず、スタッフに連絡したところ、来るまで30分、対応に30分、合計約1時間時間を取られました。
