酒店屬開放式，沒有臥室。床一字形排開放在大廳後方，床偏軟。空間尚算大，五個大人居住亦不覺狹窄，唯要同時打開喼就有點難度。厨房設備齊全，像在家一樣，讚！浴室厠所乾濕分離，厠所內還有一小型洗手盆，是另一讚點。位置尚算可以，步行至中洲川端站約10分鐘，有長者同行就不太方便。另酒店沒有電梯，有長者同行需注意。
