Surf Home Sea View is a very quiet and warm 1st floor apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea facing south to the pool, perfect for adventurous lovers of water sports, hiking, biking, etc.. It has free high speed private Wifi, 1 bedroom, private bathroom, living room-kitchen, TV, cable TV, microwave, and washing machine. Located in a private gated community, with security cameras and controlled access, parking, gardens, swimming pool, sports court, has a bus stop and basic leisure services nearby, such as restaurants, mini-market, laundry and shopping area very close with supermarkets Lidl, Ikea, etc..
The house is located in the Urb Buena Esperanza in Costa de Antigua, from there, you can walk along the promenade along the sea in about 20 minutes to the areas of Puerto del Castillo and Caleta Fuste. Surf Home is located 20 minutes walk from the wild and natural beach of Las Caletillas, 10 minutes drive from the airport and 15 min. from the capital Puerto del Rosario. It is close to all the surfing and kitesurfing areas of the north and south of the island as it is in the center, very well connected by bus or car, 30 minutes from the Natural Park of Corralejo Dunes and 50 minutes from the beaches of Jandia in Costa Calma.
