The address is wrong so the ability to find the apartment was difficult.The host is slow to communicate and does not resolve issues.The front door to access apartment is controlled by an electronic keypad and on turning the handle to open the door does not engage the opening mechanism without several attempts.The air conditioning unit in main living area was broken.The ensuite shower bathroom was disconnected from water and not able to be used. The glass door broken/cracked and unable to be opened or closed. The manhole was open to the roof space.There are holes in the wall at the entrance. Also covered in mould. There is mould and dust on the ac vents.There is a cat smell in the apartment.The car park runs parallel (opposite to the other spaces) to two support poles and wall so extremely difficult to park an average sized car.We did not stay in the property and vacated upon entry.
